I haven’t ordered from them in a LONGGGGGGGGG time. Regardless of how I order it is always overcooked and burnt. The last time they delivered the boxed smelled like Marijuana it was horrible. But God tonight was perfect. It was delivered on time. They followed my instructions the wings cold have been cooked longer but EVERYTHING was perfect!!

Ordered 2 items a lg cheese bread and a lg stuff crust supreme no mushrooms on half no olives on half with mushrooms didn’t think it was that complicated but man was I wrong put mushrooms on whole pizza with no olives on any of it. Horrible service I will not be returning to your establishment and I will be telling my family and friends go elsewhere than pizza hut that can’t get orders right. Oh and it was 40 dollars for 2 items a lg pizza and lg cheese bread what a rip off pizza hut sucks l.

I ordered a pizza online and showed up in about 10 minutes to go in to pay assuming it wouldn’t be ready yet, but it was. Check your order before you leave is my advice. This pizza was absolutely not a fresh made pizza. I can tell it had been made and sat for a while as it was cold and had that look as though it was day old. This will be the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed with this location. I won’t be back.

Never again will I order from this store and maybe Pizza Hut as a whole. I ordered online, given a delivery time. My pizza was over 30 minutes late. Try to call and talk to the store but instead end up with a call center twice. So unhelpful, cold food, just ugh!

After placing my order, Pizza Hut in Zephyrhills immediately outsourced the delivery to the unreliable DoorDash service. DoorDash then proceeded to deliver my order to the wrong address. When I called Pizza Hut in Zephyrhills to request a replacement pizza, the employee told me he was aware of the delivery mishap and tried getting me to retrieve the food from the stranger who received my order by error (no kidding). This was extremely unprofessional and I couldn’t believe they were unwilling to send me a replacement order. I was out the money, out the pizza, and now I have to spend time disputing the charges with my credit card company. I order from this Pizza Hut about once per week on average, but unfortunately, they’ve now lost me as a customer due to this experience.

Update 1.11.26 App is fixed they listened . I will see you guys again soon… FIX YOUR APP. CAN ONLY SIGN IN BY EMAIL IS WRONG! If u had an old phone number on your account its gone, but yet try to create a new one with ur new number and it says that email is in use. I know this isn’t this stores fault but maybe forward this to corporate. Google this subject and read the reddit about this.

I have gone here twice the first time my wings were raw the pizza wasn’t fully cooked and my pasta was over cooked my second time was literally the same thing wings raw pizza was good this time pasta even more over cooked and I can’t even call the store to get it fixed or get my money back because they never answer the phone. Highly don’t recommend this place. I’ll start going to Dade city over this location
