I decided to try the new “flatzz” pizza and was very disappointed in what I got. My pizza was burnt to a crisp and had no evidence of cheese ever being on it. The entire pizza was covered in Cajun seasoning (which it says no where in the food description). I was very excited to initially try this until seeing it. Had to look up reference photos of what it was suppose to look like. Customer service was great prior, not sure what happened here.

Ordered 2 pizzas for lunch, 1 thin and crispy and 1 pan pizza that u have to pay extra for pan but it was like a hand tossed just greasy. The thin and crispy was dry and like cardboard, definitely not was pizza hut used to be.

O.M. Gosshh!! I wish I would have took pics of the cheesy breadsticks because they were PERFECT!!! The pizza was PERFECT!! Absolutely the BEST Pizza Hut I have had in probably 10 years! Great Job Everyone! We got pickup because we are staying in a hotel for the night and it was a great choice for tonite! Wow.

Absolutely everyone in my family was sick the next day! While we were there I sent some food back to be remade because you couldn’t bite into it but the rest of my family had pizza and cheesesticks and we were all sick. I doubt we’ll be back again.

Everyone Ive ever met that works at this location has been very kind and the pizza is always hot and delicious! I wish I would have taken a picture of the Spicy Hawaiian lovers pizza that I ordered for the first time but it was so good that we ate it all before it crossed my mind. I will definitely order it again!!!

I love the app AND this location! My pizza was being cut as I walked in the door – exactly the time frame that the app gave me. This store’s manager and cook (Jason and Shawn were on duty today) were very friendly and they took the time to engage with an older person. It was very refreshing. I really didn’t feel like I was just a number!

Now I typically don’t like to put reviews but this is my first time ordering from here because we just moved here about a month ago so I thought I’d give them a try . but I got my delivery the driver was nice . but I opened the box and my pizza was slid everywhere. Then I ordered and redeem my free bread sticks that are suppose to be a 10 piece. But only received 5. Then I got the mozzarella sticks now sure if they fry them or not but tasted like old oil. Then the side sauce you can tell its old sauce. I’ve worked at a pizza restaurant for 6 years as an assistant manager and this is unacceptable. Only thing that was good was the bread sticks . 🙁 sorry pizza hut but I probably won’t be ordering again.
