Worst pizza ever! I was trying to rekindled since I heard they were closer to my house. I know the taste, so I didn’t look at the pizza b4 leaving the store, wrong idea. When I got home, it was all burnt up and so crusty for just a cheese pizza. Lauderdale Lakes, 441 SR 7. Won’t see me again!!!!

Ordered pizza at 830 & never came! Driver called two hours later & said he received a different address after I verified my address with the employee while placing my order. Store kept forwarding my calls to a call center. Horrible horrible service would not recommend! Trying to get my refund, was told from the call center to contact corporate.

This was the worst Pizza I have ever had and will NEVER order again. Pizza was cold, driver spoke no English and didn’t even give me my pizza but put on bench, Pizza looked like it sat in the car for a week and wasn’t allowed to talk to the Manager and we wanted out money back, and then girt says 3 to 4 days and hung up hard. I called 800 number and spoke to someone I believe was in the Phililipines. and now i have to wait 3 to 4 days to get money back, IF I DO!

This particular location is one of the worst restaurants I’ve had the experience of ordering with. It’s either they never deliver and you have to actually call back to get a refund. And each driver had his own rules to delivering.

The pizza is disgusting, the dough is so old and hard like a cardboard. I called Pizza Hut and spoke to the manager by the name of Kristie, which in the beginning offered me a refund or have another pizza, but after that requested for me to drive the pizza back to them. I already paid for the delivery & tipped the driver. I asked for the driver to come picked up instead, but she said no. Do not order from this location, you will not only be disappointed with the quality of the pizza but also may get sick.

This is one of the worst pizza service and location I’ve placed an order with. The pizza was cold and hard. Called over 7x and the young lady told me come and get a new one after being charged a delivery fee. That shut was extremely hard as if it was sitting for 4 hours. Asked to speak to the supervisor and they hung up each time.
