I asked the chicken wings with sauce for a reason , only 3 of the 8 pieces had sauce on in , the sauce was little dropped at the bottom of the container.

I enjoy a pizza from Pizza Hut once in a while. When I order online for pickup, they usually get the order right. This time however, they totally forgot the chicken on the one topping medium pizza (see the order receipt and see the pizza). Maybe with the discount special, you get half off and no toppings. They really have to pay attention to the quality control and check the order.
The customer service used to be much better. They used to ask if I needed any plates, napkins and even grated Parmesan cheese and red peppers. You now have to buy the Parmesan cheese. It’s just not the same anymore…

Had delivery, when I called there was one closer, had to transfer 3 times , got disconnected twice , so web site is wrong or maps, food was delicious , still hot took over an hour , worth the wait.

Pizza hut has really fallen off and I only just now noticed. I ordered delivery and got my order in 30mins but the pizza was cold, the cheese was paper thin and the double pepperoni looked like half a normal amount. 2 drinks and 1 cheap substandard pie for 30 dollars and I feel throughly ripped off. Not gonna repeat that mistake.

This Pizza hut has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, don’t order from here.
POSITIVE:
The part of my order I received was okay, although it was cold, and it was delivered on time. These are the only positive things I can say.
NEGATIVE:
Part of my order was missing, because this store choose to use door dash for my order even though I ordered direct. Because part of my order was missing, I proceeded to call them to let them know I’d like it fixed; they then proceeded to answer and hang up on me 9 times almost in what I consider to be a mocking fashion, and I wasn’t able to get my items or a refund for them. Suffice it to say I’ve put in a complaint with pizza hut corporate, and will not be ordering from this location again.

I paid over $40 for a delivery and i never got anything. for reference i ordered at 10:19pm on a Sunday (about 2 hours before closing) and the app said it would be in my hands around 10:49. fast forward to around 11:40 and i STILL don’t have my food so i called, only for them to tell me that it’s on the way and to call back once i get it for a refund. another 20 minutes go by and still no food. at this point i just want them to cancel my order and give me a refund. but then since they close at 12, which they did not tell me, i am now left with no pizza, no way to contact the store, and a $40 charge on my card. not to mention they closed the store without resolving my issue. easily the WORST pizza delivery service i’ve experienced. id give this place 0 stars if i could. it doesn’t help that i’m not even a 5 minute drive away from the store. i’m not one to complain about customer service but this is just ridiculous. it’s also not the first time they take over an hour to deliver my food but at least other times i’ve gotten it even if it’s late. never buying from this terrible company again.

My wife ordered pizza for the kids. The text app said the pizza was out for delivery at 11:42am. We had ordered around 11:18. The driver didn’t get to the house until 12:21pm and we watched through the window waiting for her to walk to the door. Instead she SAT IN HER car drinking her coffee. Relaxing. When she saw us open the front door. She then decided to start moving. Horrible service. Unless its fixed. We recommend ordering elsewhere

We love the Pizza from Pizza Hut but the staff here today when I called like at 2.05 pm.
First of all she spoke Spanish and when I said can someone speak English and she hung up without saying anything and again when I called the lady was super rude and you know what. Now she speaks English and screams like I told 1 min and you wait and hung up again. I better go other pizza places rather than getting this king of service.
