The beef sausage pizza gave me a serious allergic reaction. The Police are advised by hospital administrators to administer a prescription sedative which can cause life threatening complications for children and adults with severe conditions. This allergic reaction instantly triggered my heart palpitations along with my respiratory airways clogging up followed by a massive migraine. I paid a random pedestrian to buy a pizza. I work with the FBI as an attorney, we are solving the issue of Covert medication administrative measures being taken. Don’t eat food in Florida while living next to a ward patient.

You guys need to teach your employees accountability and customer service. I placed an online order out of convenience and was called twice in 5 minutes to confirm my address when I brought this to their attention I was told oh well I need to be by my phone anyway because I ordered pizza, a simple apology for the mistake and inconvenience would have gone far so I cancelled my order and will no longer be ordering from this location.

Pizza hut used to be a great place, Diner was spotless and pizza excellent. Everyone spoke English so they understood when you ask for a specialty. They greet with papito mamita or oye. My pizza today was trash,salty to the max. The teller didn’t understand what I wanted so gave a pizza the way she thought it. Nothing related to what I ordered. Details make or break a restaurant..This one is going out..

I ordered a large pizza that was $31 as a nice person. I tip the driver five bucks, but I slipped and gave him 50. Instead of telling me I gave him 50. He took off with the money. The employees in this establishment are not honest. 50 bucks is nothing but u lost my business.

This place has gotten worse if that’s even possible. Every single time I order without fail something is wrong, absolutely zero consistency, also the dough is always raw it’s like they barely even try to cook it, even when you order well done or extra toasted it’s raw. Such a shame.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered extra sauce and pesto on my pizza, arrived dry as a bone without any sauce and some of the toppings I ordered missing. My partners pizza also arrived with almost no sauce so it was just bread alone. Most disappointing pizza ever tasted. Would not recommend. We are tourists so couldn’t even call or contact them to complain.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. On Sunday 4/6/2025 I ordered the Cheesy Bites Pizza & Ranch Flight. Minutes after I placed my order, I got a call to verify my address. OK, so far so good. My order arrived on time…a few minutes early as a matter of fact. Amazing! Then I unpacked my order to find the entire Ranch Flight missing. I called the store and a young man answered. Upon informing him of the missing sauces, he said “uh, hold on” and put me on hold. He returned to say they were out of the sauces. I asked in disbelief if they were out of ALL the ranch sauces. Again he said “uh, hold on”. Then Jennifer the “manager” came on the line. She proceeded to inform me that the Cheesy Bites & Ranch Flight was a lot more popular than they had expected and they hadn’t ordered enough sauces. As the saying goes, “lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.” Granted, I wouldn’t call this an emergency, but the principle applies. Failure to order appropriate inventory on the part of the manager should not affect me as a customer, and if it does, appropriate compensation should be offered. When my order was received and they called me to verify my address, they could have easily mentioned the sauce situation during the same call. Let’s say they didn’t notice specifically what I ordered before making that call, they could have easily picked up the phone and called me again to offer me alternatives. Instead, they took it upon themselves to not send ANY sauces and maybe hope I wouldn’t notice. Really? I asked what sauces she had available and was told only Garlic and Marinara, but it would take at least 30 minutes to get it to me. My family and I were not going to wait that long…our food would be ice cold by then. So then I asked for a partial refund and she offered me a meager $2 because that’s the cost of the flight. That’s insulting! My family’s and my dinner experience had already been ruined. I asked her to at the very least comp a dessert because at least it would be delivered around the time we would finish dinner and she blatantly refused. I informed Jennifer that I had been a Pizza Hut manager in Tallahassee (probably before she was born) and that I would never send and incomplete order without informing the customer in advance of what would be missing and why. Jennifer very belligerently told me not to tell her how to do her job. Well, it looks to me like someone should because she has no idea how to run a store or treat her customers when she and her staff make a mistake. I was so disgusted with the entire experience that I was barely able to finish one slice of pizza.
