#1 reson you should never order from this restaurant is they use another company to deliver. When the food arrives hours late or in terrible condition, they blame the other company and do nothing to help.
The people who work here are nice, but the structure of their company seems to make them helpless to do anything useful when a problem arises.
The absurd irony is that their on-hold recording talks about how they produce the “perfect pizza ever time” when that is the opposite of reality.
Never again for me.

Food was great, made in a timely manner, and sold by very pleasant staff. The over all rating of this place seems to be about the 3rd party delivery service. The actual restaurant itself was wonderful

I don’t know how there are so many 1 star reviews. I went anyway and received prompt & polite service. My pizza was ready in 10 minutes as promised and tasted great. I’ll definitely be back.

We ordered a med pizza wth pepperoni, half mushrooms and pepperoni, and light sauce. They sent us a supreme. Called to have them correct it only to be hung up on twice. They sent another pizza that was still not correct and when we called you let them know they treated us like we did something wrong. Eventually spike with the manager Cody to refund our money.

CAUTION! Choose a different PIZZA HUT! If I can leave a negative star I would. The staff here are so unprofessional. I ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered. When we received our order, our pizza was raw. I called the local store to have the problem fixed and the girl who answered the phone just left me waiting on the line without answering me after saying Hello about 10 times..I heard everything in the background but no one was on the other end of the line. Then she hung up the phone on me. My husband called right behind me and she did the same to him. We ended up bringing the raw pizza pie to the actual store and the manager that was in literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked her a question about the pizza. She didn’t even care to respond. There were 3 Hispanic women in there who didn’t care to even acknowledge anything I was saying to them, I’m not sure if there was a language barrier but the customer service here is so poor, it’s not even worth the hassle. I never write reviews but had to for the sake of other customers. BEWARE!

So I just ordered breadstix from pizza hut on east sample Rd in Florida. And I picked up the order at 11:02 pm. Got back in my car and drove home when I get home I open the box to eat the food and as you can see there is a half dead cockroach, smashed to the inside of the lid. I have been a customer here for a long time but I have to say after this……..??

Phone rings 60+ times know one answers it . I arrive and the employees duck down and hide below the counter. Asked why they don’t answer the phone. He said didn’t hear it. While his ear plugs were in his ears! Know wonder you can’t hear the phone ring. Call back today got hung up on four times then the manager who speak Spanish doesn’t have the number for her boss with her corporate number. Very rude.

The rudest person i have ever spoke with. I was putting in an order and he went out of his way to be rude and unprofessional. This was in the last 20 minutes of this post. That way they know who answered or was on duty. Fire that man, he doesn’t care about his job or any person breathing. We called back and canceled this order he was so rude!! Boy, bye.

I placed my order using the app. The app crashed many times while placing the order and the add extra sauce button doesn’t work. Then the restaurant used Door Dash to deliver my order. Which the driver didn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand him, so my order never got delivered. I called the store to speak to someone who could help me and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I finally hung up and called back. I then talked to the manager AJ I believe was his name. He was nice and helped me with my issue by making the order again and sending it with the regular delivery driver. When the driver showed up he was very rude and short with me. He couldn’t find my apartment after I left very clear instructions for the driver. When he handed me the pizza an hour and a half had already past by. I said thank you and he said nothing rolled his eyes and left. When I opened my pizza box. There was not extra sauce on the pizza and not one marinara sauces that I paid extra for. The food was cold to be expected when you order delivery. The food did taste good like a pizza hut pizza and pasta would taste.
