After ordering a box of pizza and garlic bread, waiting 45mins, I got a notification my order was handed to me. The driver didn’t knock on my door but instead decided to do the at most disrespectful crap to someone’s food!! When I went to my front porch, my food was on the floor. I would never order from here again. UNBELIEVABLE.

I recently grabbed my free medium pizza from Pizza Hut, opting for cupped pepperoni as the topping. The pepperoni was crispy and flavorful, complementing the pizza perfectly. It was a nice bonus! I also ordered the hut box with a personal pan and fries for my niece. The personal pan cheese pizza has nostalgic throwback—classic and iconic as always, with that familiar buttery crust. On the side, the fries were served hot, which I appreciated, but the texture was a bit too rough and ended up cutting the roof of my mouth. Overall, the pizza hit the spot, but I’ll skip on the fries.

Very disrespectful manager Stephanie, even worse general manager kaideenan if thats actually the correct spelling actually robbing you of what you pay for whenever inventory is short, literally shortening food and trying to tell you that the portion size is correct, but other staff members are overloading food and actuality. I shop at various Pizza Hut, depending on my location and there is no reason why I am seeing a transparent sea between the food and the bottom of the pan before I even start eating. This is very disrespectful and disheartening because it’s almost as if towards the time of inventory when there’s a shortage, someone else has to pay for it and when you address your concerns, you get attitude you get disrespected you get treated as if you’re asking for a bargain on food no, I’m paying full price and I should be receiving that I have attempted to speak with the general manager, and she was extremely rude and disrespectful, and I tried to talk to her about the way she was speaking to me and she proceeded to say oh well that’s just the way how she speaks. I have attempted to file several complaints with corporate, but unfortunately, this goes directly over to the general manager of the store and she does not respond. She’s very very rude and disrespectful and it’s so uncomfortable to be treated this way I’ve been met with embarrassment in the store when I tried to ask about the portion size of the food by Stephanie and that was very embarrassing as if I complain about my food I pay full price. I should receive full price. Please see attachment so you can see the embarrassment. So stressful to see how badly and rudely professionals can treat you when your spending your monies for services that should be rendered

I tend to gravitate towards more independent pizzerias but must admit I recently had a good experience w/ this Pizza Hut. Takes me back to childhood. Malcom & a couple of other staff members were friendly & helpful. My personal pizza (chicken & pepperoni- I forgot to take a pic) was fresh, tasty & the perfect size. I will be back. Fun fact: this Pizza Hut is the site of Miramar’s first drug store, Miramar Drugs (‘62-‘87).

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Pizza Hut delivery. After ordering and waiting for over an hour, I was left high and dry with no food and no communication from the store. Despite repeated assurances that a driver was on the way, no one ever arrived. To make matters worse, the manager was unapologetic and unhelpful when I expressed my frustration.
As a parent, it was especially upsetting to see my toddler waiting for food that never arrived. The lack of consideration and poor communication from Pizza Hut has lost my business and I would caution others to think twice before ordering from this location.
