Don’t go at night time. I placed my order online to be delivered at curbside. I parked just in front of the cashier, called 2 times, no answer. And she was just in front of me. Finally after about 15 min and a third call she answered and brought me the pizza. Quality wise the pizza was great. Service wise not so great. Thanks

Waited an hour and sum minutes for this pizza. They did offer to replace it. But at this point I didn’t even want the pizza. They can keep the money. Never in my 15 years plus of me ordering a pizza has my pizza looked like this. Cold maybe but this is shyt in a box. If u can avoid this Pizza Hut avoid it!!!!!!

I had ordered two large pizzas and a cookie pie. They gave me two medium pizzas and no hershey pie. Therefore i called to request a refund however they put me on hold for 20 minutes so i drove to the location. When i arrived the rude employee closed the door as i got out my car, after knocking on the glass he finally decided to care. I told him what was wrong and he said he didn’t work that shift however then he said he cut the pizzas himself and they were large. So then i ask him if we can get the missing cookie pie and he said wait 5 minutes after he finally gave us the “cookie pie” we realized when we had gotten home it wasn’t. Rather then giving a cookie pie he gave a brownie, so all that attitude just to mess up again.
