pizza we received was completely drenched in tomato sauce to the point where it was genuinely inedible. This wasn’t a matter of preference or taste. There was an excessive amount of sauce that overwhelmed the entire pizza. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, he was hostile, dismissive, and unwilling to help in any way. He refused to remake the pizza, offer a solution, or even acknowledge that there was a problem. I was taken aback not just by the quality of the food, but by the manager’s refusal to resolve an obvious issue.

The manager here on Saturday was extremely hostile and nasty. Because of his attitude alone, this Hialeah Pizza Hut has permanently lost my business and my family’s business. From now on, we will be ordering exclusively from the Miami Springs location.

My pizza was amazing! The manager Tyrone was great he went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. The young lady that works in the front at the cashier didn’t get her name but she was so polite they were all understanding thank you so much and I definitely going to be returning every time I order pizza!!!!

Cold cheese sticks with the boxes all wet and bent, that’s what I received 30 minutes after my actual delivery time which was 5:pm but the funny part is that I called Pizza Hut and the system tells me that it was already delivered and I had been outside standing waiting for them to arrive and then I ask the shift manager Tyrone supposedly that’s his name and he says with an attitude and really rude tone says that my order was still with the driver and thatI would have to wait whether I liked it or not and then I asked him that if I was just supposed to eat my food frozen cold and he said to call back and that eventually they would make it again and send it late again Then he hung up, Man it’s so sad that we spend so much money on these orders to be treated like if it was our fault and with such nasty attitude $40 dollars spent for cold food

did they burnt the cheese but it tastes horrible. It has a certain metal smell too! I have no time to go back to exchange this! They should decide for themselves if this is a pizza they would eat but noooo the employees over there said “good enough”

Waited an hour and sum minutes for this pizza. They did offer to replace it. But at this point I didn’t even want the pizza. They can keep the money. Never in my 15 years plus of me ordering a pizza has my pizza looked like this. Cold maybe but this is shyt in a box. If u can avoid this Pizza Hut avoid it!!!!!!

Omg they can’t even put their address correct on Google maps.. any way. This is for all pizza hits not jist this one. The delivery fee is what makes me.not want to purchase from you. Actually I decided that this order was the last order. Getting charged a delivery fee, while legal is not morally right. You are also charging an arm and a leg for the pizza, which should cover everything you supposedly use with the delivery fee plus I read some of the delivery fee also goes to the company not all of it goes to the employees expense of delivering. Pizza hit pockets a percentage of that money. Plus making pizza is not.so expensive yet they are charging 10 times as much of what the cost is.
