Attention owner your employees are slow! Orders are NEVER ready! Either hire competent employees and pay them accordingly or close your doors. Not one person in this restaurant and have been waiting over 20 minutes for my pizza that should have been ready 20 minutes ago!

our recent dining experience was quite disappointing. After a long day of travel, my family and I were looking for a relaxing meal. I placed a pickup order online that indicated it was ready, but when we arrived, it became clear it wasn’t. We chose to dine in, hoping for a quicker solution, but were met with unhelpful staff. We were not allowed to sit in a booth and were instead seated at an uncomfortable table near the front.
The wait for our food was another 15 minutes, and the overall service was the most frustrating part. We were ignored when we asked for water, so we paid for drinks that were only brought to our table as we were finishing our food. The staff seemed unwilling to help us, and their demeanor was rude and unwelcoming. It’s a shame because the uber deal was good and the food itself was surprisingly good, but the poor service ruined our meal. I hope the management can address these issues with their team, it felt like they hate their job and were annoyed by our presence.

We placed an order for 2 pizzas with an order of breadsticks and cheesy bread to-go on Dec 31st. We were given 2 containers of marinara sauce for the 2 orders of bread. I was shocked to open both marinara sauces to find just enough in them to cover the bottom of the cup. Just pathetic. The pizza was just OK as normal.

What a great place. We got some deal for $25 and it fed family of 4 and got leftovers. It was perfectly made and because we order in holiday season it came in beautiful gift box, which I thought it was an awsome and the cutest idea ever. We order take out but even with that the service was super awsome on the evening shift. If we ever back here definitely will order again!!!!

Visiting from the UK, this store is located across from out apartment and it was relatively quiet when we entered. It took 1 hour and 35 minutes for the 3 small pizzas we ordered to arrive at our table, there was only 1 server on who was very polite and apologetic but still not good enough. Shame because the pizzas were lovely.

Was on my way home and decided to stop at this Pizza Hut instead of cooking…looked up on the website and read a Large Supreme for 16.49…went inside and ordered one but the total was over 27.00…I left my phone in the car but questioned the employee who said nope…no specials…I paid cash then went back to my car to check this locations website again this time bringing the ad to show him in which he said you should of ordered it online and picked it up not come in like this…carryout isn’t carryout for you ordering inside and carrying out. I said should we cancel and I’ll order online?…nope…you already ordered and paid so this is a done deal. I said this can’t be right and I was going to call corporate…he said do what you gotta do. I won’t ever order from these people again…too many choices for pizza places to be treated like this.

Nice restaurant close to Disney Springs. Clean and modern inside. Takeout order was completed quickly and correctly. Friendly staff. Recommended location!
Updated Jan 2023. This location continues to perform well. Order completed on time and accurately. Staff was friendly and my daughter got a kick out of the huge pen they gave us to sign the receipt.

We had a great meal at Pizza Hut – in Oz there arent many dine in Pizza Huts, so this was a real treat.
We has a traditional and a Gluten Free pizza (which was really delicious). The staff were really friendly and work well as a team.

I went to pick up a pizza from this location and the guy was in the kitchen. So I’m standing out there with two other guys, and he hands the one guy in item and then just walk straight back into the kitchen without acknowledging me at all. He saw that I’m standing there. He is in a position of customer service. When you walk out and hand somebody something and you see somebody new there that you have not acknowledged yet, you acknowledge them and ask them what they need. And then go back into the kitchen. Don’t completely ignore the new people that are there. Just because you don’t want to deal with them at that moment. You acknowledge that and then you go about your business. Ask them what they are there for don’t just ignore them. This is somebody who clearly should not be working in a position of customer service. The person he just handed items to had walked out the door so he was done with them. Then he turned around to walk back into the kitchen completely ignoring the other people standing there. Completely unacceptable. I turned around and walked out.
