This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. We placed an online order for a pizza that was half pepperoni and half ham. Shortly after, I received a call saying they were out of ham, so I asked that the ham side simply be made as cheese instead.
When we arrived, my mom was told the order would be ready in five minutes. She went back in after five minutes only to find out the pizza hadn’t even been started. They were still having issues with the no ham, after I already provided them with my new request on the phone 20 minutes prior. They offered her a brownie and store credit, which felt like a quick fix instead of addressing the issue.
After waiting an additional ten minutes, then my mom finally came out with it. We finally brought the order home—only to realize it was wrong. The order ticket clearly specifies left side and right side, yet it was not followed. The entire pizza had crispy pepperoni, even though we asked for regular, and we ordered stuffed crust, which wasn’t included it was hand tossed.
When I called to explain the problem, I was met with resistance from the lady and told that my mom had already been given a credit, as if that meant we were expected to accept whatever was made. I was then put on hold and never returned to. When I called back, the phone rang endlessly with no answer.
Between the delays, incorrect order, and lack of accountability from the store or communication, this was extremely poor customer service. Needless to say I had to go buy something different to eat since I don’t eat pepperoni at all (hence the half and half). I called and got customer service but since they were in the call center they couldn’t help me with the name of the lady who was handling our order. They offered to transfer me back to the store that wasn’t answering, i declined. Then, They provided me the corporate number.

3/23/2024. Ordered Pepperonis Lovers with extra bacon and extra cheese. It was delivered hot and perfect.
3/10/2024. Ordered two medium pans tonight, one just extra cheese and the other was extra pepperoni, extra bacon and extra cheese. Both pizzas were delivered hot tonight and the pan crust was good. Overall the pizza was good but there could’ve been a bit more pepperoni.

Here I am again on 12/31/2023. Pizza Hut sent me here to leave a review. I had an order delivered last night and half of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and I was put on hold. After some time went by I was hung up on. The order was delivered by Door Dash despite placing the order on the Pizza Hut website, so this may be why half my order was missing and the pizza was cold. The driver did not have the pizza in anything to keep it warm when it was dropped off and it was cold outside last night. So really, parts of my order was missing and what was delivered was cold. I spent $40.

7 months later and I thought I’d try again a couple times. Pizza delivered cold again. It’s a 5 minute drive, mile and a half and I consistently get cold pizza.

Pizza was not warm and had to put it in the oven to warm it up more. I ordered 4 round pan pizzas. Two were delivered rectangular. This has happened to me before but I just let it slide.

Staff told me that the extra cheese pizza is not placed on top of the toppings anymore and they only use half a cup when paying for extra cheese. Kinda disappointed that the order was not made in the way I wanted it. Another pizza hut in pine hills was able to accommodate me but this one couldn’t.

I’m giving the staff five stars because they’ve always been nice to me, I give one star for Pizza Hut Corporation! It has been a little while since the last time I bought wings from Pizza Hut so I decided to take advantage of their limited time BOGO offer for Wednesdays and I got my favorite two flavors which is garlic parmesan and buffalo medium. The garlic parmesan was irrecognizable, it used to be a very tasty creamy sauce that coated the entire wing and you could see some of the seasoning mixed in to the sauce and you had actual pieces of shaved Parmesan that were stuck to the wings via the sauce as well. Now it’s an oily flavorless mess without a single piece of shredded parmesan in site! This might be the most flagrant quality decline that I have ever seen from a product that I used to buy on a regular basis. The buffalo sauce tasted fine it was a little watery it used to be thicker coating the wing in a way that it didn’t drip which was much better so that too was not at all what it used to be. It’s really a shame because I was looking forward to tasting those wings and they were a far cry from my memory of days past. Again this does not fall on the store this is 100% corporate the store has zero control over the ingredients that they are given to use.

3rd time try to get the rights items and nothing changes, always they messed up the order, missing toppings and undercooked , no extras that I pay for was added, never again, good luck with your order (no extra cheese and they miss the green peppers). I want to get what I pay for, one more thing , I ask haft chess and haft pepperoni ham and beacon but not they don’t read I put everything in the whole pizza . Never again , stay away from this Pizza Hut store

A delivery driver at the Chickasaw Trail location in Orlando FL was resting multiple delivery bags on the trashcan outside the store before putting them in his vehicle. This can spread and transfer so many disgusting germs and cause illness. He was touching the bottles of soda after touching the bag that was resting on the trashcan….and keep in mind this food is being delivered to customers who will then handle and spread these germs. This is extremely unsanitary and highly concerning if this is sent to the Department of Health. The man was heavy set with a grayish white beard and wearing suspenders. My pictures are time stamped at 6:10pm Eastern. He was driving a gold or silver small SUV. Looked like a Ford Escape. Several customers eating at the restaurant next door outside witnessed this and were horrified and shocked at what they were seeing and everyone was talking about it. This should never happen at any establishment serving food and beverages or any establishment in general.

Save your time and money this location serves raw food and don’t have any custumer service on 9/21/2024 I placed an order for $55.87 I returned all the food 8 mins after because my two pizzas were both raw and uncooked the pepperoni were the size of dime , my 12 count chicken wings had only 9 pieces the manager a boy with pink hair stood there aguruing with me as to why I can’t get my refund even tho I brought all their food back after 30 mins of waiting in the store I left because he said he will credit me in my Pizza Hut account today is 10/07/2024 still no credit and him being the manager on duty refuse to give the general manager name or district manager name this location needs to do better
