Very nice clean location! The staff is friendly and very helpful. My pizzas were ready in a timely manner. The pizzas were warm and tasty, the pepperoni was crispy and appetizing, the hawaiana I like it with bacon it was just mouthwatering, great place I would definitely come back!

I got a email about some deals Pizza Hut was offering before 5pm. I USUALLY order from the Chickasaw location, but today, google told me the Lee Vista location was closer. Im starving, so I went there as it’s closer. WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN!!! My order was 42.00 and I bought for 3 people. ALL SPECIALS!! We get there, cause I ordered carry out, and I sent my son in to pick the food up. He came out, and as ALWAYS he had to look at all the food. IM SO HAPPY HE DID!!! The large Pepperoni pizza was infact a Cheese only pizza. And the apple pies I ordered…….OMG!!! I SHOULD HAVE TOOK A PICTURE!!! But I was mad and grabbed them and went right back in. THEY WERE MUSH!!! THERE WAS NO FORM TO THEM, IT LOOKED LIKE THERE WAS WATER IN THEM, AND IT BASICALLY WAS APPLE COBBLER!!! When I went in, the young man behind the counter asked how could he help. I said I sent my son in to pick up my order, and I ordered apple pies, and whats this??? I opened up the container and he laughed and said, “Oh, that’s not good. Do you want me to throw them away?” And I looked at him horrified and said YES!!! I DONT WANT THEM!!! He then informed me it would take the cook “a while” to make them. Like he was encouraging me to take the mush. I said thats fine, ill wait. He threw them away and went and got the cook. She didn’t see a problem. And had a attitude that she had to cook more. I dont believe she cooked the first order!!! They looked DAYS old and like they had been used as a football!!! When the fryers timer went off, the cook was nowhere to be found and the guy working the front desk had to take them out. He put them in the container and was sprinkling SOMETHING on them when she, the cook, appeared and told him, this goes on it, and pointed to something else up on the shelf. He grabbed it down and sprinkled some of that too on my apple pies. He didn’t shake them or anything to coat the pies while they were hot. He just handed them to me and said “here you go.” WOW!!! I HAVE NEVER!!! I got home with our food, and my order, the fries were VERY cold and limp as a wet noodle. My cheesesticks were.cold and looked VERY old. The only thing I think they actually cooked fresh for my order was my PERSONAL PAN PIZZA!!! How hard could that be right?? My sons large pizza had NO pepperoni, and my husband’s chocolate brownie bites were raw. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD!!!! Its only Thursday night. What do they do for rushes???? Ugh.

We have ordered several times from this Pizza Hut location. Our service is always pleasant and courteous. Our pizzas are ready on time. Toppings are fresh and it’s served hot.
Our only con is their crusts variety quite a bit in thickness so it can be a little too thin for original crust.
They have good deals and we like their App it’s user friendly.

Pizza came from door to plate..to microwave to heat up. It looked and tasted like day old pizza. It wasn’t even cut all the way through so it was torn getting it out if the box. Saddest part is I live close enough to walk there. If I knew delivery would have been this awful I would have… worst pizza ever.. heck this pizza emoji looks better. And I think they misunderstood the method of “tossing the wings” and literally tossed them.

Worst pizza ever. Pizza was delivered cold, luke warm at best. It was also dry to the bone because the sauce was undetectable. There were barely any toppings on it, even though I ordered the “Supreme” pizza. Supreme my ___! Lastly, I had asked that it be cut into 16 pieces rather than 8. It was not. I honestly believe I received someone else’s pizza that was rejected. AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT AT ALL COSTS!

Email expressed wrong order called told right order came through.. fix your web interface. Pizza came right but dough tasted stale and sausage past few orders has been bland.. put supplier on spot its not seasoned professionally. 1 bite best in biz next bite not ordering pizza hut again…

I just got back from a month in the U.K. i stopped into a few of our chains to see how they compare. And frankly id eat them there. Pizza hut there not so much. So to go through 4 negative covid tests and a 14 hr flight home with a head cold and want spicy… you guys knocked it out of the park tonight. I texted everyone i know who eats pizza. This is what we want from you guys! Wings drowning(less is fine for your cost but absolutely not a dry spot on em!) And a pie that is not just ready for the commercials but despite being late by my standard of leaving store and how close i am… perfectly hot and delicious. Ive hammered you guys before. Giving you your due now and will be sure to forward this to corporate as well.

Edit: Guess I am editing again… new cheese stick items gave me an impressions of cicis cheese stick which is the only reason to go or at least was in the 90s. Ordered the roasted garlic 10 piece not sure what to expect.
Got normal but more colorful and cared for cheesesticks with just a hint of that roasted garlic at thr fore front and followed was something I wasn’t expecting. I tried then plain I tried them dipped in marinara and in ranch and they were absolutely delicious in every way. The ranch even reminded me of the old cheese sticks with their old ranch back from the early 90s.
That they came in the standard 5 piece cheestick/breadstick fashion didn’t bother me at all I have knives. But thr flavor profile is a fantastic job from pizza hut!
Not if only this location could get their friers temps right and stop over cooking the boneless wings — they’re still not bad and frankly the pizza needs work but boneless wings, breadsticks, fries. A solid/maybe picky
