I received this note when I ordered a pizza yesterday. I felt like this was completely disrespectful so I decided to go up there when I left work. The active manager at the Tom cursed me out and was screaming at me at the top of his lungs and refused to give me a refund or even explained to me why he was writing stuff like this on the pizza. I don’t feel like it’s my fault that their dough wasn’t ready, that has nothing to do with me, but I was definitely blown away about the disrespect and all the cursing in the loud music that was playing inside the store when I got there, I would advise you guys to just go to a different location

Pizza Hut made a mistake doing $2 personal pan pizzas. I ordered one and paid for extra cheese and this is what I got. Two pieces barely had any cheese on them at all. I’m not going to call and complain and ask for my .60 back. It seems they ran out of boxes and were using pasta containers for the pizza. The pizza was stuck inside it and I had to destroy the slice to get it out.I just think they should have been better equipped to handle the volume of customers coming in today! The staff was still nice despite the line out the door and I guess you get what you pay for!

Tried to redeem a coupon that you can do in person or online at the store. Front desk person said to try to order it online through the app because he doesn’t know how to do it and tried to avoid to get the manager. Shortly after, another customer came up with the same coupon to redeem and then he got a manager. That was ridiculous and lazy service of them. I also noticed the attitude I received for not leaving a tip. Why would I leave a tip when you literally tried to avoid providing service IN STORE? Customer service was very poor of them.

To the young lady I spoke to this evening about the missing 2 liter from my order who I very clearly heard say, “ooh ooh ooh” when said speak to your manager: I am so sorry to inconvenience you to do your job because I did not receive an item I paid for. I hope your day is the one you deserve.

Brittany the manager was amazing at fixing my order, she didn’t have an attitude like she hates her job. I love that she tried to get in contact with the GM but was unsuccessful. I physically couldn’t get to Pizza Hut so she sent out a replacement order for me and I am beyond grateful. She has no idea how she made my boys night with the correct pizza to continue our Halloween extravaganza since I’m on bedrest and can’t take them out tomorrow night.

I can honestly say this is one of the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I placed my order at 7:00pm ticket # 0106 this was for pick up I entered the store at 7:20pm my order I had placed was their special they had going on which was one medium Pepperoni, one medium cheese, pizza, one order of cheesy sticks and one order of cinnamon sticks total $23.42 after waiting for 22 minutes In their lobby I was approached by the cashier to inform me that they had burned the cinnamon sticks and it was going to be another 20 minutes while my pizza was just sitting there getting cold I was told that I would be refunded and if I didn’t receive my refund to bring my receipt back the following day it’s now 8:18 pm and I’m now leaving Pizza Hut very dissatisfied

I spend a entire hour wating for my order for the manager to tell me that they forgot the cinnamon stick when 20 earlier was telling that we were just waiting for that. Is completely disrespectful and unprofessional then if we complain as dasher said she will call and banned us to pick up from there!

It’s been 10 years since I got Pizza Hut pizza. Used to be my favorite. Their pizza is just not good anymore. I added additional pepperoni and cheese, buttered the crust and had to reheat it and it was OK. Used to have a nice buttery crust in the pan pizza and it’s just not there anymore.

Just seen a video from this store. That lady deserve more then just a refund. They deliver a pizza that wasnt even cooked. And had a note on it saying “this is what you get when the dough isnt ready”Then refuse to give a refund. She literally had to call Corp. Mind you it was for a celebration. That is unprofessional and disrespectful. Im writing this review to highlight that they lost my business.

I had a delivery order of traditional honey BBQ wings. I received boneless honey bbq. Called them and got the call center agent who transferred me to the store. Store employee said hold for a manager, and I was transferred back to the call center. I’ve been bounced around 5 times for something so simple. Asked for a call center manager and was put on hold, and of course, the call was disconnected. Called back again and the call center agent advised me to call CORPORATE @ 9pm at night. RIDICULOUSNESS never again
