This is how my pizza came. Called and had to talk to three people on the phone before I finally got to the manager at the local store (it routes to some call center even though it looks like a local number). Apparently they “don’t do refunds” and use DoorDash to deliver their pizza now.

This place is garbage. This how my food came with no cap, the pizza was undercooked, garbage.the breadsticks were garbage too. Sound like Dawn the manager don’t care either. Sound like they just mess up the food all the time and they don’t care.

I ordered a 1 topping pan pizza last night. It was so bad that I threw the remaining six slices out after eating two. It was burnt, had no tomato sauce, very little cheese, and the oil they used to cook the pan pizza tasted rotten like it was reused too many times. Maybe new ownership or closing the location down would fix it.

After waiting for 5 minutes without being acknowledged by staff, I was given a burnt pizza, in which i immediately asked for a refund. I was informed that Pizza Hut doesn’t give refunds, only credit. I will never buy from Pizza Hut again, especially 241 N HUNT CLUB BLVD, STE 141 location. Terrible service & terrible food.

I don’t often review restaurants…. But, here we go. My family has had issues with Pizza Hut for years refusing to honor coupons and deals, so we have pretty much avoided it like the plague. Well today I got a T-Mobile Tuesday deal of “spend a $1 and get a free flatbread” I put in my order on the app, added the promo code, paid my $1.50 (two sauce cups) and walked on over. I get my stuff and walk out the door, only to have the employee chase me down and tell me I owed $5… I explained to her the deal and discount, told I her I had already paid online, and showed her on my phone and app the deal. They refused to honor it… so here I sit, annoyed that I had yet again been duped by Pizza Hut… never again… never again…

I have to say for all the times I have gone now in 2 months my food always is good, has really good taste and it’s hot. They do need to put more attention to the people who pick up delivery orders because I did had missing items which I’m sure the delivery guy ate. But if it’s gets packed better and sealed I’m sure won’t be an issue. Personally the other times I have gone myself and staff is nice and helpful. Thanks and keep on going with the good job!

Absolute terrible staff there is only one good employee. when I called in my order he had me repeat my address 12 times literally and I speak really good English. I now have a migraine I’ve never experienced such A complete And utter lack of communication on the telephone. My headache is telling me I’m never ordering there again. Cody you need a different job. Saying your new doesn’t mean you have never spoken on the phone. That’s no excuse. Also look at pic, barely any sauce or cheese. Undercooked all around ♂️. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to tbh.

Wow they sent me TWO pizzas both burnt!! This is only the second time I order from them and what a shame the manager could not take care of me properly. First pizza burnt that I paid for plus tip, the sent a free one and that one is burnt as well. The manager refused to send me another pizza even though I had both pizzas ready for them to see and take back if they wanted. I don’t appreciate being sent bad food that I paid for and then being treated poorly. Customer service should be the most important!!

Worst pizza experience ever, pizza was so undercooked! Only one slice came out whole, the rest were tearing apart and stuck to the cardboard box. This was $23 NOT WORTH IT!
