I ordered a medium hand tossed for delivery. The Drive never nocked on the door but by the time i walked out to check the pizza was cold. when i say cold, colder than room temperature. the pizza was ordered at 5:22pm and i checked outside at 6:22. I ignore the pizza being cold since you can always heat it up. when i open it THERES A DEAD ANT IN THE BOX!! i’ve been waiting for them to answer the phone for 20 mins. i just want my pizza remade and a different delivery driver!

Edit: i had to go up there and they were quick to fix the pizza and apologizing constantly. thank you guys for fixing my pizza!

Edit again: pizza was undercooked and by the time i got back home it was cold. i’m pregnant and eating undercooked pizza dough is a risk i don’t want to take.

i ordered a pizza lovers melt with spicy garlic boneless wings, along with a 20 oz starry from this location. I received the melt, but the wings were bone in DRY with not even effort to at least get some part of what i ordered CORRECT. then on top of that i didn’t receive my 20oz starry. I then contacted Pizza Hut about the situation and the gentleman that answered the phone has no empathy. I told him I didn’t receive what I ordered and he was like “you would need to contact door dash about that” truly the worse customer service experience from this pizza hut. I spent $23.14 just to not get what I ordered. I had reported this issue to doordash and only received a $3 credit.

I was greeted by Niyah who was very professional and personable.

The order was filled exactly to my expectations.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy and the building could use some TLC.

All in all, it was a good experience and I would go back in the future.

I had one of the most frustrating and unprofessional delivery experiences ever with Pizza Hut in Sanford. Somehow, despite the correct information being on my order, the address on the receipt was wrong and even the phone number was incorrect — which already shows a complete lack of attention to detail. Instead of making any effort to confirm the delivery, the driver simply left the order sitting at a random doorstep without knocking, ringing the doorbell, or attempting to contact anyone.

To make matters worse, when I called to try to resolve the situation, the employees were completely dismissive and uninterested in helping. There was no accountability, no urgency, and absolutely no real solution offered. It felt like they couldn’t care less that a paying customer never properly received their order.

Between the careless handling of the delivery, the incorrect information on the receipt, and the apathetic customer service, this experience was beyond disappointing. If you value basic communication, professionalism, or even receiving your food correctly, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this location.

Niya, thank you for the amazing service! The pizza was on point, but the atmosphere truly started this great experience. It is refreshing to see great customer service within the industry. I would take a picture of the food to post, but it is halfway gone. Food cooked how I wanted it. Quick, great service, and piping hot. THANK YOU!

I always place orders from Pizza Hut for cheat dinners and it’s always good. BUT THIS TIME there was an error on my online order confirmation and I IMMEDIATELY called to fix the issue. AND THEIR PHONES ARE DOWN. My poor Dasher. Tried to help get my order fixed and the manager… some prissy sounding lady in the background says they can’t talk to customers through the Dashers phones to fix my order and completely disregarded the fact that I’ve been calling their store for the last 15 minutes trying to rectify the issue. “WELL” THEIR PHONES ARE DOWN is the only response to my need for assistance. Terrible customer service after constant weekend orders of $50+. I am canceling my order cause I do not like to the lack of care, and do not trust my food to make it here safe and not tampered with.

I can’t begin to describe how frustrating this establishment was to work with.

Before I even go into my problem: I can assure you a mop has not seen this restaurant in the last six months. Sticky floor by the register, clearly old food waste left on several counter tops, and a pile of dishes visible.

I tried tooth and nail to place an order on their website with the T Mobile Tuesdays code. Website and app are both clunking out. I physically drive TO the restaurant for them to tell me they are out of Medium pizza dough… but not LARGE pizza dough… and I am just so baffled at the stupidity of that sentence. If you have enough dough for large you have enough dough for medium. Wash the pan you don’t have enough of or get a PIZZA CUTTER. It felt like the manager on duty just did not feel like making more pizza tonight. This was my first and last stop ever at this location.

Messed up our order went back to pick it up, manager on duty laughed while fixing our pizza. It taste like dog food. I’ve had Pizza Hut every time I’ve wanted pizza and never had something this bad, I gave it to my dogs to eat. Never will order from here again.

I used to go here all the time but the last time I ordered food it was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant! I found 6 long brown and black hair in my food! (I ordered wings btw.) I tried to ignore it but it was unbearable! On top of that their wings a dry and they smell moldy. I called them up about it and the manager on call there gave me an attitude and hung up on me. Then I went in there for my refund and they said they couldn’t process my refund and that I had to come back to speak to a manager. I took pictures of my proof and I left the food there in the store as evidence. Next day I come back to speak to a manager and they “don’t know where my evidence is.” But I had pictures. I got a refund but my kids and I were sick the next few days from ingesting their hairy food! They don’t even wear hair nets in there! The place is dirty and greasy and their staff is ghetto. I will never go back to this Pizza Hut again! The Pizza Hut on Orlando Dr. is better!

10/10 From the food to the service. The manager Kenzie is always so pleasant and welcoming. The pizza is always fresh and I’ve been to other locations and the pizza be cold. You can tell that great leadership sets the tone because the other workers are kind and attentive. Having an awesome manager matters and is a reflection of the store. Great job Kenzie!!
