What a joke! Google says this location opens at 9:30am, their website also states a 9:30am open. I show up at 9:30 am to purchase three pizzas and the entrance door says 10:30am! REALLY! it’s 2026 opening and closing times are verified online pizza hut, your doors shouldn’t say anything different, no one checks doors for opening times anymore. It’s a Saturday morning, the weekends are when there are parties kicking off during the day. Thanks for wasting my time, but hopefully this review can help someone not make the same mistake I just made apparently, and hopefully sheds some insight on a PIZZA HUT issue. Thanks for wasting my time .

I used the app to place an order ahead at 9:14 a.m., before the store opened. The only option was to schedule ahead, which is what I wanted. I scheduled it for 12:00. I got an email confirmation confirming the 12:00 schedule. I received a text that the delivery was on its way at 9:42, I immediately sent a text to the driver saying it wasn’t supposed to be delivered until noon, but it was delivered anyway at 9:56, two hours ahead of schedule. I told the delivery driver it was early and he said he’s just DoorDash and it’s Pizza Hut’s problem and left. I tried calling the store, but it gave an automated message that the store doesn’t open until 10:30. I called again at 10:30 and was put on hold before they hung up after 15 mins. I called back and the person who answered the phone refused to refund or remake the order for the correct time. Said it was my fault for not calling immediately or sending it back with the driver. I explained that I tried both sending it back and calling, and was unable to do either. I told him I would bring him the pizza myself and pick up fresh if returning it was the problem. He said I could place the order again, but I would have to pay again. Absolutely unacceptable service experience. I would encourage the owners of this location to pull up my call from 10:44 am on Oct 11, to see how your employee “helped” me. Not a good look.
I understand it was likely a technology issue, but that’s not my bad, I have confirmation that the order was placed correctly on my end. Now I’m out $70 for nothing because I had a load of people coming and expecting lunch, so I had to order from Papa John’s last minute. I wasn’t about to feed people 2+ hour old pizza for food safety concerns.

I really don’t understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been ordering from here pretty consistently the past 3 years and they never disappoint. Food always arrives cooked and piping hot. I’ve also done many pick up orders that went without issue.

Haven’t ordered PizzaHut in years, but had a slice at a party and wanted more. After 1hr and 46 min my pepperoni pan arrived at 7:30 on a Monday night. burned and cool to the touch. I called and got a $16 credit..what about the $5 delivery and $5 tip. The breadsticks were a solid B, I guess you have to order dip for them separate

Rarely do I leave reviews but this Pizza Hut in Oviedo, FL deserves a one star for customer service. I ordered delivery, told 30mins, left instructions for the driver to call/text upon arrival. After 40mins, I receive a text saying they handed it to someone. I called the driver and texted back immediately, no response. After 10mins of 3 people looking, found it outside in the mulch. Didn’t ring the bell, didn’t place it in front of the door but choose to leave it on the side in the mulch at 97 degrees.
I called the manager Osam, he blamed headquarters for outsourcing delivery to Door Dash. Accepted no acccountability, acted accusatory, as if they were doing me a favor. Would not refund the $6 delivery fee, gave a hard time returning my prepaid tip. I can not ascertain whether it was indeed refunded or not.
So many pizza options in Oviedo, why bother with pizza that isn’t standard Pizza Hut quality with an attitude? Lost a customer, support local.

Not only do they serve raw food then they don’t even like to admit that they’ve served raw food and they like to call you a liar. This is the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever been to do. Not go to Pizza Hut in Oviedo. Choose any other Pizza location. Stay away from Pizza Hut in Oviedo and if you do, pick up your own pizza and look at it before you accept it. Don’t get a delivery.

Absolute worst pizza hut I have ever visited. The food is prepared poorly and there is little to no attention to detail. Food looks gross and repulsive. Poor customer service and store atmosphere. Would not recommend.

Service and quality has been getting worse and worse and we order regularly from this location! This is how we received our pizza tonight-I’ve never gotten a PH pizza like this!!! Was put on hold after I called and told them about the problem….15 minutes listening to the same on hold message over and over-VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE….was told the manager (OSMOND) was not available to come to the phone and was treated abruptly and with attitude by the person who finally answered again to fix the situation. I was then told it would be another HOUR to get the corrected pizza. I asked again to speak to the manager as it has been now 1 1/2 hours since i placed my original order and didn’t feel i should have to wait another hour when the first order was not right! I was told again that the manager said he couldn’t come to the phone but he would check my pizza before it went out for delivery!!!! WORST PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE EVER! Sad cause PH was my favorite!

Food Temperature was good but the contents were not fresh. The Crust was a bigger part than the whole pizza and something was not fresh, because post eating my whole family had stomach issue. Staff seemed fine.
