Had a really early morning the other day and went to Pizza Hut for their $10 lunch buffet just after 11. So, the buffet had just opened and we were the only folks there.
We were greeted warmly and asked to pick out our own seat and the server came right over. I had a clear bottle of water on me and was told I can’t bring outside beverages. So, I said okay – no problem, I’ll just order a water. I was then asked to remove the water bottle from the table and required to drink their free water. This doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I enjoy water and I hate the taste of most restaurants tap water. I’d understand if I brought a soda or a Gatorade or anything flavored, taking potential money from their lunch profits…but I was a bit perplexed about me drinking my own water….and instead ordering a free water there.
Anyways, the buffet is extremely small (like maybe one person up there at a time) with a marinara sauce container, an Alfredo chicken pasta dish, a handful of bread sticks and cinnamon sticks and it also had two pizzas out (cheese, pepperoni, veggie), one half eaten and both of them seemed to have been made at some point much earlier – both just barely warm. Not fresh for the 11 o’clock start of the buffet. By the time more folks came in, the pizza was gone quickly.
I mean, for $10 it is what it is – great price, honestly. And it includes a really basic salad. We ate what was available to us initially but noticed that after 40 minutes or so pasted, finally, four new fresh pizzas were provided. Alternative thin crust and traditional crust of cheese, pepperoni, meat lovers, veggie, and a beef and onion one. Since the slices are cut so thin we grabbed a fresh slice to end our visit. Super fresh, piping hot, tasted substantially better.
I guess the key is not to come at opening and hope that when you come closer to noon that a whole bunch of people aren’t there so you don’t have to wait around for food, since it took so long for fresh pizza to be provided.
Would I come back? Probably.

Ordered two pizzas, breadsticks & wings for delivery. Got two pizzas with white sauce (didn’t ask for that) & no wings, breadsticks with no sauce. Called to figure out what’s going on and the automated line said no one is there. Called about an hour before closing.

It had been a long time waiting excitement anticipation of the long awaited Pizza Hut buffet. Upon arrival we noticed several employees vaping out back. When we enter the establishment we were not created we found the table we sat down first thing I noticed was the size of their all you can eat buffet which was very small and no longer contains desserts. There are no marinara cups for your marinara. Specialty pizza’s can be ordered but a meat lover is apparently comes with everything on it which I don’t believe is correct but according to the general manager it is correct. I noticed some very unclean objects that are commonly handled such as the crushed red pepper shaker. When I asked the waitress what she noticed about it she said nothing She noticed nothing. I called a manager over which was actually the general manager and he said and I quote “looks well used”. I pointed out the grooved lining where it was rusted and dirty. These condiments have not been cleaned rotated or cared for in a proper manner. I handed him several others that I found on other tables. I find that their licenses are not properly displayed because why they are in the view of the consumer you have to look around the cooler to be able to see them and they are not visible enough to be read. I also noticed that they were collecting donations for a children’s charity which I have to wonder if they are registered with the Department of agriculture as a representative to solicitive nations on behalf of that organization. The bottom line is I was still charged $63 for my party We were not impressed We will check their sanitation records and make an update to this post if necessary. We were not provided a bill I had to ask to see a bill before I cashed out. I don’t think this Pizza Hut really has a clue and I’m not impressed and we will not be visiting this location again So please if you ask me to review this one I will not be back to do a review. I also observed water on the floor which is a safety hazard slip and fall risk and it was never a dressed by the General Manager or the server who walked across it multiple times and did nothing. Life kitchen gives them a 91% rating which is still an a I would have to bump that down to about 75% with a C rating.

Was really excited to take our 4 year old to her first pizza buffet , but this place was seriously lacking , got there about 11:30am, the dining area is tiny , they brought the pizzas out so slow that the customers had to take turns letting others get pizza , they only brought out 1 pepperoni pizza In the 30 mins we were there. , thankfully a older gentleman heard my daughter talking about how she wanted pepperoni, he left the last 2 pieces for her and he set down empty handed .. honestly I don’t know why they function the buffet this way.. seems like a simple fix to me , the pasta was so dry , same as the cinnamon sticks there was no salad . . The whole experience was really a bummer , and I think they could easily do so much better

I’ve never been to the lunch buffet until recently. I think this location is much better for just take out or for menu ordering. The buffet is small and sits against a wall so only two people can really be there at the same time. I think it would be better utilized if both sides of the buffet is accessible (but there’s also a space issue at this Pizza Hut location. It’s just small)
You can’t reach the pizzas in the back towards the wall without reaching directly over the front pizzas so lots of people have reached over the front food – long sleeves, dirt, hair etc. There’s just something about food that’s been reached over by lots of people Whatever they may have on them or their clothes can fall into the food.
There seemed to be a full restaurant of buffet-goers so the food ran out fast but was very slow to be replenished so most of the buffet sat empty.
Lastly,
As I was leaving I noticed a kitchen employee outside in the back sitting in her vehicle smoking. The vehicle door was open so I could see she was still wearing her apron and I think that is bad where sanitation is concerned if her job is preparing food.
Please talk to your employees about the issue of wearing their aprons etc to the restroom or to smoke breaks. And if you have a way to better organize the buffet system it may help a lot for both staff and customers.

I can’t believe there’s still a Pizza Hut lunch buffet! I love it. Not just the food and the deal, but the nostalgia of it all. What makes this particular PH even better are Yolanda and Tony. Always friendly, kind, attentive, and fun! All of this together make for a great rest of the day.

Yesterday. I ordered 3 pizzas before going to pick up because I was very hungry and wanted them to be ready when I arrived and eat and an older lady attended me in such a rude way telling me that I could not eat there, that if I had ordered it to pick up it was only to pick up and leave. Bro, it was just the place, literally. There were a lot of tables and you’re going to tell me that I can’t eat at the place when I just bought you 3 pizzas. Besides, I was going with 2 children and a baby. What a horrible attention but I never go to that place I swear to God that if I hadn’t been hungry there I leave their pizzas and I go to another place where if they allowed me to eat. We had to eat in the car with that horrible heat that is outside. Terrible service, the truth.

EDIT: We have returned to dine in since the previous time and everything was great, thanks! Have upgraded back to 5 stars.
It is really upsetting to have to write this review but this experience was basically so uncalled for. We walked in at about 8 p.m. tonight expecting to dine in, something we have done many times in the past with no issues. So tonight we walked in and we saw three employees standing in a group looking at us with a very unwelcoming unfriendly demeanor. We stood by the “wait to be seated” sign even though there was no one inside and one of the employees said “the dining room is closed, we don’t have a server.” I understand that things happen sometimes but honestly is it that hard to cook a pizza and bring it over to a table? There were three employees standing there. I hope to be able to update this review much higher rating in the future but right now I’m pretty annoyed about this and probably won’t be back soon.

I moved to the area from Apopka a few months back and the Pizza Hut near my old house was terrible and could never get my order correct (not even a difficult order and I always order online) or the food just wasn’t good (sometimes both incorrect and not good) so I had sworn off PH altogether. The kids requested PH tonight so I placed my order online and it was 100% correct, ready when I got there, the ladies working the counter were super friendly, all the food looks great, AND I asked for extra sausage and as you can see, I got it. Keep up the great work, folks you will definitely be seeing me again.

We eat at this location a couple times a week. The pizza buffet is always fresh and good! They will make a special pizza for you to be put on the buffet. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly! Yoyo does a great job! The manager comes out to check and make sure everything is great! Definitely recommend!
