Ordered several items tonight from this Pizza Hut location. Delivered via DoorDash. Did not receive an item so I called back to discuss with the manager, who told me “we cannot deliver the missing items so you come pick them up.” I mentioned we aren’t able to to which she replied “you will not yell at me and to have a good night” when I wasn’t yelling at all. What a joke and I will make sure we NEVER order from this location again.

Amazing friendly service!!!! Pizza was hot a delicious!!!! The GM Brittany handle my order perfectly!!! It was only herself and 1 other employee there! They were slammed with orders but somehow got mine out on time!! Never have I had such great customer service!!!! 10/10

So you said on hold for 10 minutes the way answer your phone and then somebody answer the phone and said oh we’re closing and hung up on me it was 10 after 11:00 website says you’re open till 12:00 what’s going on with this crap. Call the next morning actually this morning I should talk to a manager named Brittany or she claim to be a manager she was rather uncaringly about my situation oh I wasn’t here last night they might have been busy if we’re busy then the call center picks up the calls and that they’re busy then you’re just as so well it’s Tuesday night 10 after 11:00 how busy are they going to be?

Product accuracy and quality has gone so far downhill here. Been a customer for years and this is the third time in a row my order has either been incorrect or overcooked and will sadly be the last time giving this location a chance. Pizza on the right is missing bacon and has mushrooms added which my daughter who ordered this doesn’t eat, and the pie on the left has no pepperoni as ordered. Receipt confirms that my order (placed online to avoid inaccuracies ) was received by the store correctly and the employees chose to give me what they want instead of what I paid for. Would have rather gotten what I ordered, but thanks, I guess.
