This place sucks, you’re better off eating cardboard. $40 for shit pizza. I was charged $2.40 extra for a $9.99 large 1 topping carry out with extra cheese but only paid $9.99 for a large 1 topping pepperoni. Basically the food sucks and they like to overcharge.

The employees made everything correct and the delivery guy was great and fast. The bad rating isn’t about them, but Pizza Hut as a whole now. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in many years and decided to get a pan pizza meat lovers. The quality is abysmal. The prices are reasonable, but that’s about it. The dough is no longer made in house and is pretty sad looking and bland by comparison. The meats are no longer seasoned and flavorful, but taste low quality and ‘off’. The cheese tasted odd and apparently they use wood pulp cellulose filler in cheese now. Gross. I just want my cheese to be cheese. Pizza Hut was never the pinnacle, but it was a good time with above average quality and tasted great for a fair price. I don’t know how long they’ve been on this downward spiral, but it seems most establishments are going this route. Sad days.

NEVER order from this location! Especially not through door dash! They are a rip-off!! I ordered 2 medium specialty pizzas, a two liter soda, and 16 wings for over $70.00 dollars. I was sent 2 personal size pizzas and a 20 oz soda! My husband called this location and spoke to a supposed manager, and he was not helpful whatsoever and even rude. Last time we order from Pizza Hut! It’s not what it used to be.

I placed a delivery order through the Pizza Hut website, which directed me to the 130 N Winter Park Dr, Casselberry, FL 32707 location. I paid a delivery fee and waited an hour, only to be told when I called that the delay was “my problem” and that nothing could be done. When I questioned how this was possible since the Pizza Hut website sent me to this store, the gentleman on the phone hung up on me.
When I called back to ask for his name, he put me on hold for 15 minutes and then stopped answering entirely. If someone is bold enough to hang up on a customer, they should be just as willing to give their name or resolve the issue.
I thought all calls were recorded—I truly hope these calls are reviewed. I am still waiting for a call back from corporate about this experience. This is unacceptable customer service and needs attention from management and corporate immediately.

Pizza Hut has been promoting their new cheesesteak pizza. Tonight we decided to see if it was a good choice.
Here is a photo of the large one that we got. I realize that some people like a lot of crust but this is way too much.
Definitely not worth $15.99 plus tax plus trip to pick it up.

The pizza at this location in winter park has decline drastically. I ordered 4 pan pizzas and got bread and toppings, sauce was non existent and bread was rising horribly. The worst pizza I’ve eaten in a while. Little casars is better than that. Also, the older woman with short white hair at the register is negative and not pleasant to deal with.

Justin took very good care of me and was very welcoming and attentive to my order. When I walked in I saw him making a pizza before he noticed me and I can tell that he was very precise on the presentation of what he was working on. Overall great experience with kind and knowledgeable customer service.

Very disappointed in how Pizza Hut in Casselberry handled the Tuesday promotion. I called, placed my order and very patiently waited an hour for it to be ready, drove all the way to the store to be told they canceled “all orders that were made with the promotion”
Not so much as a phone call letting me know my order was cancelled or anything. We waited on dinner when we could have made other preparations.
Not only did you guys waste my time, you wasted my gas and patience.

Don’t bother with this store. Ever since I moved near this store they’ve always messed up my pizza and/or the delivery is very late. Right now it’s an hour and 15 minutes late (so far) I’ve called the store, been on hold (so far) for 57 minutes. While on hold I chatted with customer service online and they could only put in a complaint but couldn’t help me now. I’m hanging up, giving up, will make sure I get my money back and never order from this store again. Just go father up 436 to the Altamonte store. I used to live near it and never had a single problem and every pizza was cooked just right.
