Pizza was undercooked and not warm. Their oven was malfunctioning so the crust didn’t full cook and the cheese didn’t fully melt. The only reason I know this is because they were telling a different customer and yelling about it in the back – they never let me know, apologized for the problems, or explained the situation. Ended up having to put it in the oven at home for 15 minutes to get it cooked. The wings were also not warm on pickup. It ended up tasting fine after I cooked everything, but you don’t go to pizza hut to go home and cook your own food.. plus the lack of explanation seemed a bit like they were just hoping I wouldn’t notice…

To be clear up front, I had a Pizza delivered, we did not dine in. From the onset, ordering to delivery, it was very easy and quick. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed in which our Pizza was brought to our door. The Pizza was hot, very tasty and oh so pleasing to our taste buds and bellies! We will definitely order again from Pizza Hut.

The worst pizza I have every had!! Especially from Pizza Hut!! 24+ bucks for a med that was supposed to have extra cheese. It barely qualifies for reg. Cheese. It had so little sauce I actually had to poke around to find any at all…absolutely no really pizza taste at all.

The pizza was good!. But the best part was a young gentleman up front who greeted me as I walked in with a smile, extremely friendly, and had unreal customer service!. Now a days with how bad customer service has gotten, it brightened my day to see someone doing it right!. I could be wrong, but I believe his name was Derek.! If it is, he deserves a raise!. He was absolutely great!.

I’m so angry we ordered two pizzas both the same toppings chez and cup pepperoni on what was supposed to thin and crispy crust well we get home and one pizza had no pepperoni on it and the crust was anything but crispy it was not soggy but no where near crispy either to be totally honest it was the worse pizza I have ever tasted in my life it was so bad I didn’t even eat it nothing like paying for food just to toss out because it’s horrible I’m calling them in the morning and if they don’t make it right then it’s the last pizza hut I’ll ever order anywhere this is the third pizza place in niceville where the food has been terrible Pappa johns little caesars and now pizza hut does no one give a rats ass about serving something good anymore I hate making such a negative post but I’m honest in every post I make while I’ve had some replays back from some of the places but let’s wait and see what happens with this one none of the other two pizzas places didn’t care enough to even reply to such a bad post if it was my company and I got a post like this heads would roll write ups giving out something

Absolutely terrible. We ordered a pizza last night, it came completely burned. Cinnamon twists barely had cinnamon on them, and were cold. We called this morning, and they said “we should have called last night when it was delivered”. It was late as it was, and were with friends. Just terrible, and I order from them all the time.

Told them to knock on the door since the doorbell is broken and they didn’t. Had to call the store later to find out my food had been on my doorstep for an hour. Pizza box had a few bugs in it by then and I had to clean them out before I could eat the food.
