We had an excellent experience with online ordering and prompt delivery. The driver told us he had inadvertently cut one of the pizzas a different way than we had requested and offered to give back his tip. Of course we didn’t let him give it back, but were impressed with his sincerity about a detail with our order. We appreciate the dedication to excellence in every way.

We ordered our pizza and they told us they would have it delivered in 30-40 minutes but it took over an hour and that was fine until I opened the boxes and realized they gave us the wrong order. I then called to ask what had happened and they told us they would try to figure out and correct it. We waited a while and never heard from them. Also, two of the slices had a over-cooked bubble with absolutely no cheese. I called back and was told that we had ordered two medium cheese pizzas according to the order but I know we ordered two medium pepperoni. So I checked my receipt online and it doesnt describe the order at all. I also checked th receipt on the conformation email, it still doesn’t describe my order. So it may have been my fault and I may have forgotten to select pepperoni, but I really thought I selected it cause I’ve ordered online countless times. I’m still not very satisfied with how they handled it though.

Rang in an order for carry out, was told 15-20mins. Eventually got our food of two pizzas and two fries 45 mins later. Fries came in one container-went back and asked for our missing fries only to be told that what we got was two portions! Over $50 for two luke warm, bland pizzas and a handful of fries. Won’t be back.

EDIT: Finally received a call from the GM about this and they have worked to make sure it will not happen again. I have updated my rating in hopes the next time will be better. and the issues will not occur again.
Horrible Service even worse Customer Service
Received a delivery order after 2 hours, bread looked old and uncooked, pasta looks like had been cooked 2 hours before.
Tried to rectify the situation directly with them, was offered a credit by staff member because manager was too busy to respond, but when trying to use the credit, they had trouble finding it and then when they did find it, they had taken away nearly half of the amount they said they would give. Manager always seems to be away from the store or too busy to call back or talk on the phone.
Do yourself a favor if you this is the only pizza hut near you that delivers, eat somewhere else or go pick one up in Destin instead.

Placed a delivery order. Did not get the chicken wings. The hawaiian pizza was ordered with classic sauce and they put spicy on it. Tried to call no answer as always. Called customer service you receive international callers and they could not get a hold of the store. So we ended up paying for a dinner we could not eat!!!!! Will not ever order from pizza hut again.

Jennifer and Sarah were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! They were fun to talk to while waiting for my pizza.
The Pizza itself was perfect! I LOVE my sauces, and theirs was an exquisite blend of herbs and tomato sauce.
Plus when I picked up, the cheese was perfectly melted with fresh toppings.
I could go on and on about how delicious this pizza was, but I fear if I stay distracted writing this review, it will be gone by the time I finish
