We love Pizza Hut and just moved to the area. So we were excited to find out that there was a store so close to home. We finally ordered today, and we’re so disappointed.
We ordered a Backyard BBQ Chicken on a Tavern crust… that was definitely over done. And a hand tossed with several toppings across all of the pizza, however, most of the mushrooms were only on half of the pizza.
It was delivery (which took longer than promised), so we were not able to talk to anyone about the sloppy work done.
The pizzas were edible, so we did… just, sadly, we are not sure we will be back.

I don’t know what’s going on at the Crestview, Florida Pizza Hut on Ferdon Blvd, but they clearly don’t check orders before they go out. For the second time in a row, our pizzas have been completely wrong.
This last time, they replaced my jalapeños with pineapple. Not even remotely similar. I’m eating it only because it’s a 25-minute drive one way to the store, but I’m definitely not happy about it. The order before that? Every pizza had incorrect toppings—none of them were right.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money on something so simple and have it messed up over and over again. At this point, I have no confidence in this location getting anything correct.

I’ll give some credit where it’s due. While they clearly don’t double-check what they’re sending out, the actual pizza quality this time was solid. Hot, fresh, and well-made—just not what I ordered. So yeah… better, but far from great.

Kept running out of food on the buffet but it was good when they actually had it full. If you like pizza give it a try. They may or may not have a complete pizza bar.

We put in an order said it would take 35min totally understandable. Get there and tell it we would have to wait another 35-40 min before they even put it in. Completely unacceptable.

I took my two kids for our version of the old Book-It summer program (Pizza Hit doesn’t do it, but my kids are happy to read books in exchange for personal pan pizzas). We went in off peak time, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Staff with very kind and nice. The food was delicious, as expected. Service was fast and accurate. I already owe my kids 2 more pan pizzas each, and we will definitely be using this pizza hut for our “Book-It” meals.

The food here is wonderful and the service is always great, however yesterday I had a pickup order at about 3 pm, ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese and roasted garlic cheesesticks and they ended up giving me a hand tossed pizza and bacon cheesesticks instead, at first I wasnt too mad about not getting my pan pizza but I was tired and hungry so i went for a cheesestick and had an unpleasant surprise, bacon and ham make me gag unfortunately and I ended up not eating, also had to work in six hours so I didn’t call to get it fixed, just went to bed. Tighten up pizza hut! Place wasn’t busy at all when I went up there so I’m confused how you guys messed it up. I double checked the order on my app so I know it wasn’t me! Also I still tip most of the time even though I come pick up my orders so it felt like a pretty big waste of money for only 2 items.
