I recently placed a pickup for 2 pizzas and my husband was going to pick it up via drive thru. Shortly after my husband picked up the order I got a call from the store asking if I can reach out to him because he had only picked up one of the pizzas. And that was really nice of them because he could have gotten all the way home before realizing it but instead because they called he was able to turn around a short distance. Little things like that matter the most. Great job!!!

Legitimately the best Pizza Hut in Pensacola. Not kidding. I have ordered here for decades and especially in the last 5-10 years they’ve skyrocketed on quality. They have not messed up a single order, and I legitimately order pizza once or twice a week.

Honestly this is the best Pizza Hut we’ve ever dealt with. I made a mistake and thought I selected garlic on the pizza I ordered and selected onions. There were a few pineapples on a slice that shouldn’t have been there also. I called to make sure I didn’t get someone else’s pizza. They opt to bring us fresh (extremely good) pizza at no charge. The service was outstanding. We will continue ordering every week. ❤️

You really can’t out-pizza the Hut when they get it right! Ordered a Large Pan Meat Lover’s and it was perfect—crispy, buttery crust and loaded with toppings. Everything was fresh and delicious. The Mobile Hwy location consistently makes great food that hits the spot every tim!

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza tonight. Haven’t ordered pizza delivery in quite a while. Ordered arrived in timely manner, correct ingredients but instead of a piping hot pizza it was lukewarm at best. Soooo disappointing!

This location used to be great. The drivers and speed of delivery are still good. However, over the last month plus, every time I order a pan pizza through the app they call me and tell me they’re out. That’s their patented item. How could they be out every night? I don’t know if they just don’t want to clean the pans or need to have more dough prepared or what. So when they call me and tell me I can’t have what I ordered, they change it to a thin or hand tossed crust which are subpar from this location. Little to no sauce and overcooked. I order pizza 3 to 4 times a week and I’ve definitely started sending my business elsewhere.
