Food was good, service was good, atmosphere was great. My mom wanted pizza so I called pizza hut. Usually they are very Good about taking the order but this time it was a little bit different. The person on the end was rushing me through the order.

The new $12.00 deal for up to 10 items sounds great. But with all the toppings they should actually cook the pizza longer. Pizza was not cooked all the way. Flimsy dough that was not cooked all the way. Service was not all that special.

Pizza had very little toppings and even less cheese. It was not good at all. The chicken Alfredo was ok, but kinda dry. Delivery was quick and courteous. Probably won’t eat here again due to good quality for cost.

Update since it’s been a few years. I went back the pizza is still the same, service was meh. Very pushy for a bigger trip; otherwise all was fine. Old: Overall good experiences here the pizza is average nothing special, but quick and convenient. The pizzas are always hot when I get there and they have a great other selection of wings for a quick bit not the best.

Two complaints. for the second time now I’ve had to wait 25 minutes after the time they tell me my pizza will be done.thats 40 minutes . This last time it already been 45 minutes and they told me it would be another 8 to 10. I told him to refund my money. When I got there, I asked if they had started it and she said it was in the process but waiting for the oven Both times they gave the excuse that one of their ovens is broken. This has happened twice about two months apart. Get your pizza ovens fixed or a new one. I’m done with the store..
Second one is an overall Pizza Hut complaint you can no longer just look up Pizza Hut and look at their whole menu without it flipping over to the ridiculous online ordering where you have to choose between carryout or delivery. I prefer to call with my order, but in order to do that, I can’t just see a menu. Stupid they make you jump through those hoops.

Close to where we stayed on vacation so we grabbed 3 pizzas. Paid $60. Pizzas were normal quality for Pizza Hut and made my hungry kids happy. Fast service and friendly person on phone took my order.

Was not satisfied at all with the New York style pizza. We ended up having to add more of our own ingredients! & Pizza was cold. Not a happy camper! & The cashier was acting like she didn’t want to take our order. Not greeted with a hello or smile. I was like Hello how r u today?! Terrible! No kind of customer service at all.

This is how I received my pizza. I also asked for no tomatoes. Was only offered 1/2 store credit or a 2 hour wait for the corrected pizza to be delivered. Dominos will have my business for now on!

Marina was fantastic. Friendly, courteous. Went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Ordered some carryout pizzas via the app recently and everything was great. I have always had a good experience here dating back 10 years or so. (I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Perdido Key can be a “tough crowd” – to borrow the standup comedy reference.)
