What a great team you have here 6/15/25 @ 7:30. The gentleman James took my order and told me it’ll be done in 12 mins. As a joke I said I was timing them. Lol. They joked back BUT had 2 pizzas done and 3rd one on the way. Hey we all are learning new things, great communication. loved the atmosphere here and the pizza looks and smells delicious

I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and this time back was awesome. The online deals were reasonable. I made a late night pickup order. The two crew members were friendly and quick. I wish I would have asked for their names, but they worked the late night shift on Monday, 06/16/25. The young man with dreads and the young man with the afro were super courteous and made my pizza fresh and with care. They both deserve major kuddos and a raise in my opinion. Now I’ll be adding Pizza Hut back into my monthly takeout rotation!

Very disappointed…I live less than six blocks away from the Pizza Hut that delivered my pizzas and my wings, it was all barely warm, there was very little sauce on my wings, an it was watered-down. The pizzas had more cheese than meats. Over the past five yrs, I’ve made countless orders and “never” had a problem with any food I’ve ordered from this location…until now. As prices have gone way up, food, service, and quality has gone way down. I need my food hot and fresh, not kept warm and old. I’m very disappointed in this order…not ordering from this location again.

We ordered pizza & confirmed the address. The delivery driver went to the wrong address. Our order was canceled with no notice or communication. After 57 minutes I called to check on our order. They said we would have to wait another hour, because we “could not skip in line” I was told our pizzas were thrown in the trash. Tev the manager offered 10$ off. No thanks.
