After waiting almost 10 minutes the cashier finally had to be called to the front by the cook. She then proceeded to get my food and it was all in one box. It was an order with two separate items. She started to explain why it may be in one box; and I just said I was ready to go, I had been there for a while already. This woman then proceeded to tell me that she had been in the bathroom taking care of lady business!!! What??? I am appalled at the unprofessional attitude. She was rude about it like I was supposed to be okay with know her personal bathroom experience and reason for leaving two different customers up front for 10 min. Not okay and I am so grossed out. She was working the night of March 4th. Brown hair, younger girl. I didn’t get a receipt to get her name.

I went in to pickup a mobile order my parents made so I could go eat dinner with them and the lady at the counter had no clue what she was doing and the older lady was extremely rude. When I asked about how much longer it would be thinking 5-15 minutes the older lady looks at me and gives me attitude saying it’s going to take a hour. For pizza??? The workers were just hanging out and so I went to my parents house instead of waiting there for an hour and my dad went to go get the pizza and when he brought it back they gave us the cheese pizza we ordered but with some kind of disgusting green sauce all over it with ants in it , the pepperoni pizza with olives was soooooo thin with lemon pepper all over it and the cinnamon bread was not even cooked and the pizzas were all cold. When we called to tell them about the pizzas they said they gave us the wrong order even though it was what we ordered minus the ants, green sauce stuff on the cheese pizza, cardboard thin and lemon flakes on the pepperoni pizza and they will just give us credit not our money back. I really do honestly believe they ruined our pizzas on purpose because I inconvenienced them to make the pizza and I questioned them when they told me an hour wait. This is the absolute worst experience I had ever had getting pizza. Stay away from this Pizza Hut!!

Okay so I just now had a pizza delivered by a female driver in a jeep. The driver informed she had one stop to make before mine but then said that she had to go back to the store because she forgot something which caused my pizza to become cold when it was delivered to me and on top of that she dropped the parmesan bottle out of the bag into the ground by tipping it too far in the open direction. The last experience I had was pretty decent this was the exact opposite!

I had a frustrating experience with inconsistent pricing and poor customer service.
I called in an order and asked what the specials were. I paid $16.68 for a large 1-topping hand-tossed crust. Two days later, I ordered online and got a Large 3 topping pan pizza (which normally costs $1 extra) and paid only $13.90.
When I pointed out the price difference, the employee I spoke with was rude and dismissive instead of explaining the discrepancy.
If online-only pricing or specials apply, that should be clearly stated. As it stands, calling in an order costs more with no warning, and the attitude when questioned was disappointing. I won’t be calling in orders again.

Great people work here!! Really friendly and hard working! Tony was especially helpful! Very nice man with a great personality that cares about his work, customers and employees! Thank you for a wonderful experience and the pizza is on point and delicious!

I went to the location to do a takeout. Customer service was very professional. Even though Payton had a customer that came in, who was very hostile, very rude and was rushing him to hurry and check us out but payton was not through processing our order! And I Love How professional Payton was dealing with the rude customer. And our order and,the food was delicious and hot! Thank you to Payton @ Lynn haven location!

Will not order again from this location! Paid around $35 total for a large supreme and couldn’t find hardly any meat/toppings on the pizza! I did ask for extra cheese but didn’t expect the pizza to be basically all cheese not to mention not cooked all the way! Very disappointed

I had ordered there day before yesterday I had a cheese pizza,ham and bacon, and a personal pan pizza and 4 boneless wing deal with a 20oz soda I had gotten my food but no drink the driver told me he would be back with it and he never showed back up at all nor showed any effort to show back up with it the drivers need to start looking at the receipt before taking off
