The manager Keisha at this location was extremely helpful during my last visit.
I asked to speak with the manager due to an online payment issue. The manager promptly came up front to assist me when an employee called for her help. Keisha was friendly, professional, and quickly assisted me and was able to resolve my issue. She knows her customers well, as she told the employee that I visit their location all the time. I am now able to enjoy my order while it is still hot and I did not have to go through any stress to get this sorted out.

However, genuinely the worse pizza hut I’ve had. We got the big New Yorker. It tasted like a frozen oven pizza. We’ve had it once before in a different state and it was very good. This time though… The sauce was nasty. The crust was flavorless. The cheese had that weird cafeteria texture.
Maybe the other ones in town will be alright.

This has to be one of the worst pizza hut locations! I ordered my pizza, waited an over an hour and a half! Then pizza was marked as delivered and …nothing! I called the pizza hut and they said someone called and couldn’t get in touch with me. The order was taken back to the pizza hut. When I spoke to manager, she acted like she didnt care! There was no attempt to make it right or anything like that! What a terrible way to run your business!

Pizza Hut on Tennessee St is top tier! The manager Keisha runs a tight ship and you can guarantee good food everytime. Even if there is a problem they fix it immediately! For the most part all the staff is nice and welcoming, I’m there at least once a week.

Well I went ahead and ordered Pizza Hut because of my daughter wanted certain things so I added a salad for myself side salad. It took them almost 35 minutes to do a side salad which wasn’t even a salad it was just a bit of lettuce literally and then it was hardly any lettuce. And the manager on duty said that’s how they make them. Nothing like their picture which has tomatoes and other things in it besides lettuce. The pizza is only a little better than frozen, toppings are the only thing the Hut has going for it. Dough on the most part is frozen but the toppings are not.

They were having a special, so the line was long. Everyone was buying $2 personal pan pizzas, which caused a delay on orders.
I was able to purchase 2, pineapple on one, and black olives on the other. Both pizzas were made on breadsticks, which made them larger than the personal pizzas. I loved that!
My pizzas were fresh out of the oven. Plenty of cheese,pineapples, black olives, and a delicious crispy buttery crust.
They made my pizzas perfectly!

Every one is out of main ingredient lately. I wanted the meat pizza, they was out of Italian sausage. I was told the three toppings was just as good( not so). Customer service was great. Compare these photos and make your own decisions. It wasn’t meat lovers for sure. Plenty cheese though, oh but where was the sauce?

This place absolutely sucks. Not impressed with General Manager either. Asked for District Manager or boss and she stated she doesn’t have a boss. Maybe one person working. They hang up on customers. I called twice and was hung up on twice and drove there and still wasn’t able to place an order on the phone prior to driving there.
I did contact you directly I spoke with GM and then requested her boss and she said she doesn’t have a DM or boss and there was no resolution prior or after me leaving this review. So why bother trying to save face with a response?? Your GM didn’t even resolve the issue and thinks she doesn’t have a boss.
