Apparently my location (<15 minutes away) is too far for Pizza Hut to deliver. We have lived at the same place for over three years and have ordered delivery from this specific Pizza Hut MULTIPLE times (if I were to guess, it would be at least once or twice a month in these three years) until today (07/30/2023) when we were told we are outside of the delivery area.

We Ordered online. The thirty minute order took 45 minutes before we finally called because it showed as still cooking and not out for delivery. They lied to us and told us it was on the way. We waited thirty minutes later and called again. then they told us the pizza just went out. I pointed out they said that prior and they laughed at me and hung up. Pizza took nearly two hours. We mentioned it to delivery man, who said “not my fault” and just walked off. Probably because we tipped him in advance. Pizza was cold. Horrible service.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! Beware of a big white girl in there with a very trashy attitude and disposition. If you question her on literally anything. She will instantly become defensive and start cursing at you and borderline threaten you. Not worth the hassles to go to this location plenty of other places around the area to get food from and they may possess some basic knowledge of what customer service should be.

Worst pizza I have had in 20 years. If one request light sauce, adjusting the cooking time so the pizza does not turn out dried and burnt as 5 day old crusty bread would be what I call “service.”

Been to this location before and they usually do a good job. Ordered today and all three pizzas were burnt. Surprised they would even pass that on to their customers. One of my pizzas was the wrong item. They did credit it to my acct, but would have rather had my pizza. Who eats pineapple and ham burnt pizza?

Detroit style was disappointing, had okay flavor but the cheese certainly was not down the sides. It’s been a solid 8-10 years since ordering last from any Pizza Hut, but the Detroit style was too tempting to pass up.

Wings and pizza are absolutely fantastic. Surprisingly far better than local pizza restaurants. Wings are big and have plenty of sauce. Pizza is consistently good.
