I’m very displeased with Pizza Hut after not receiving items I paid for. Tip typically 25% throughout all of my orders, order about once a week for over a year. Orders are later than ETA 90% of the time, and pizza isn’t cut through all the way on some occasions. Have had cold pizza a couple of times, or toppings against the top of the box due to improper handling during delivery. Never complained, but when they don’t give me what I paid for at time of delivery, I will no longer use Pizza Hut for any of my pizza needs.

Quality has gone down! This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a pizza and had to alter or REMOVE stuff. They obviously don’t read the details of an online order or just don’t care, every time I say WELL DONE it’s not, so I have to go home and put it in the oven! This time I got more cheese than sauce which is disgusting because instead of enjoying the pizza we’re pulling off loads of cheese to make it tolerable. This is the 2nd time the green peppers are not chopped they are just chunks which is not appealing at all. And to make it worse it was overly greasy and I mean GREASY HANDS from eating a pizza?! . I won’t be returning to this location again.

The $7.79 cinnamon rolls I ordered were burnt and inedible. I emailed customer service and was told someone from the store would reach out to me. They never did. Last time I order from this Pizza Hut. Why would you let that mess leave the restaurant?!
