This is my second time ordering from this store. Pizza is hot when I get them but the pepperoni on the pizza was overcooked. The sausage pizza was just a little dry. Ordered delivery. They messed up my food. Refuses to send a new pizza. Said my only option was a bullshit $10 credit. Girl on the phone was rude dismissive and more worried about her coworkers “stealing” from her and laughing about it than fixing the problem. Keep your 10 bucks I’m going back to Domino’s

Visited the location on edgewood and commonwealth on 2/19/26. I ordered a large pizza 5 toppings for the price of 10.00 and I will say that I was HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. I made sure that I told the male representative working around 2 pm that they did an excellent job and I LOVEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDD the entire presentation, that they listened to my request for extra oregano everything. Tha k you again for the good service!!!!

Ashlee was amazing. Customer service is top notched. She double verified what drinks I wanted. She went above and beyond to get my order to me due to me not being able to drive at night. Unclean, unkept. Seem to be under staffed at the time, felt bad for him. I ordered online while at work and was disappointed at entry. Food wasn’t prepared properly pizza wasnt prepared properly, wings was brunt, I was sick for two to three days. Poor employees hygiene clearly. I was refused a refund and correction. Figured I go and get pizza today but wish I wouldn’t have. We ordered boneless wings one meat lovers pizza and one thin crust with peperoni….the meat lovers wasn’t cooked all the way thru and still very doughy. The thin crust was very soggy.
Needless to say money wasted and won’t order from this location again.

I placed a 40.00 delivery order to only get the wrong items. When I called back to the store Ms. Attitude answered and hung up when I addressed my issue. I called back and asked for the manager. She hung up again. I had to go up to the store and ask if Ms. Attitude was trained to hang up on customers. The manager apologized and remade the order correctly. I’m appreciative of the manager making it right but to save yourself a headache waste don’t go to this location.

When we arrived at this pizza hut the door was locked, no employees in sight. I had placed a carryout order online. So, I checked the hours of operation to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake. No, still 1 hour to close. So, I knocked and called the restaurant until finally, a young lady emerged from the shadows and unlocked the door. We paid, got our food, and got into our car. Whilst sitting in the parking lot, another individual came to pick up some food. The previous young lady had already relocked the door and retreated to the shadows. I figure, must be by herself. Definitely not allowed, but makes sense. No, another young lady popped her head from behind a back counter, smiling and indicating she would just be a moment. I’ve been in hospitality for a bit, and this is wild. Locking doors and hour early and hiding from customers, while hysterical, is not good business. Pizza was ok.

6/28 our pizza was well made and very tasty. The thin crust had a good amount of toppings the cheese pizza was the perfect amount before. The driver forgot our 2 liters. When I called the store the young lady christine whom answered was very polite and helpful in getting things fixed. Within 2 minutes of getting off the phone with her she was calling ti let me know they were on the way. I am very pleased with our entire service from ordering on the app with ease to needing to fix a mistake. Very well trained employees with over the top attitudes make a difference thank you pizza hut on Edgewood
