very small place but that’s normal for pizza hut nowadays. the employees are always polite and fast. never had an unfriendly encounter. the food is fresh and prepared as fast as they can. usually takes about 12 min when they aren’t busy. delivery is an option through them directly so no worries with the driver eating a slice. a delivery fee will be added of course. most times it takes 30-40 min to receive the delivery in this area. placing your order online is the best way to order. they always have deals online and building the order yourself increases your chances of getting a great meal. on the off occasion they do mess it up, they will prepare the correct meal as fast as they can. this location is pretty busy so things have always been fresh for me.

Both people working today greeted customers while I was visiting and the wonderful lady who took my order was both patient and helpful throughout the process.
Having ordered delivery from this location many times, my first visit in person was reflective of my previous experiences; professional, friendly and timely.

Best pizza i have had. The general manager is always there and willing to help with a smile on her face. The crew is seems to really enjoy being there and that is always nice to see when you go into a place. The store is always clean and put together when I go into there.

Had the $19.99 deal and it wasn’t worth it at all. The pizza tasted like cardboard, the boneless wings look like chicken nuggets without the sweet n sour sauce, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks sucked as well. The cinnamon sticks stuck to the box and it looked like nothing they advertise in the commercial. Pizza hut should stick to what they know. What’s that saying if ain’t broke, don’t fix. To be honest all pizza places are going downhill. No wonder these places are doing as well as they use to. Maybe they should shutdown this pizza hut. This is my own opinion. Suggestion you order it and see for yourself. Not everyone will hate it I’m sure. You need to make up your mind.

This manager Tiffany is the worst. Second tine ordered online because they say they wont honor the price if you call to order! Added the specifications to the notes as advised and she stating they do not look at that or go by that so if they are confused they cant clarify the order so they mess up the order twice now yo blame the customer wth ? And the pizza has too much sauce this isnt a pizza its soup.

Got the big dinner box, the people were rude when I asked for the marinara. And gave us a very small side of marinara. Also I ordered pepperoni pizzas in my box and it came out with all the pepperoni on the crust. I thought they would be distributed evenly however it came out like this. I Won’t be eating at this Pizza Hut for a couple years. Hopefully they get a friendly staff with better customer service.

So I have to say oakleaf pizza hut night shift members are definitely well mannered. The taste of their pizza definitely brings a lot of flavor but they definitely could work on their presentation of their pizzas and not over cooking them. Once they get the quality mastered I think I can give them another opportunity to order from them again.
