We ordered 2 My Hut boxes; pepperoni pizza with boneless wings/sauce – cheese pizza with boneless wings/sauce. This is what I got.
How they advertise on the commercials compared to what they serve?! That’s false advertising to me.
I called to complain and the lady on the phone talked to the manager. The manager told the lady that how they are told to prepare them to drizzle the the sauce. The manager said I can bring them back and they would fix the wings. I declined the offer — waste of time and energy.
If you notice in the picture they pour sauce in the box and lay the wings down and then drizzle sauce on the wings.
Every time you go to this location they see people waiting and don’t acknowledge you.

I called in a order order online said it was ready came to pick it up..
Manager cannot find my pizza did not let anybody else know..
They served 4 to 5 other people after that I asked if the manager ever found my pizza cuz he was dealing with my order not anybody else.. so I sat there waiting on this guy for 20 minutes after the online order said it was ready so it took me 40 minutes to receive one pizza
While I was waiting a little girl with her father needed to use the restroom and they denied the little lady use of the facilities while they didn’t know how to make pizzas or get them out correctly to the people.
While I was there I seen two orders come back open the pizza it looks like it was just threw up on it was not very appealing..
Pizza Hut y’all could do a lot better and the very worst experience with pizza I have ever had

I made an online order for (2) med meat lovers. Went to pick it up, there was a slight wait only for me to get my order, get home and this is not even what I ordered. I called back to let them know my order is not what I ordered and have been on hold for 17 mins. This is the worst customer service and location EVER!!!! I wish I could give no stars. The only reason why I went there is because my daughter placed the order.
Update: I went back in there being they put me on hold and never came back to the phone my phones were still on hold when I walked in. Ask that they remake them over, the guy got the pizzas that I had brought back only add some sausage and gave the same pizzas back to me. They don’t have to worry about me ever coming back to this place.

Met the Area Manager. Nice guy really trying to turn this location around I appreciate him asking for feedback. I will say they’ve gotten better with timing. Pizza was done quickly.

I went at 11 and the guy said he wasn’t taking any orders because he was trying to close. The store doesn’t close till 12. I did a mobile order and he canceled it.

If I could give a 0 I would. Marylin and the store manager Franklin was extremely rude especially when the order was incorrect. I placed a order online through the website and not doordash. I had breadsticks missing and instead of beef on the pizza it was pork. The manager asked how do I know it’s pork? I’m like because it’s not beef. He said bring the pizza up to the store and he will have a fresh one ready with the missing breadsticks. I said I am 8 months pregnant and it’s late. He said I had to bring the pizza which I literally took a bite out of. I went up there brought the pizza back and Marylyn was so rude. The pizza wasn’t ready nor the breadsticks and i wasn’t about to wait any longer so I asked for a refund. Frank never came to the front to apologize for the missing item or the incorrect pizza. He was rude and heard him in the back say did she bring the pizza. I spent over 43 dollars on my order and received the wrong order plus horrible customer service. They both could have handled the situation better and need to be coached on how to talk to paying customers. Please do not waste your time or money on this location! Your order will be wrong and service is horrible. The pizza didn’t even look good. I attached a photo below and also called corporate to file a complaint. This is not how your treat people who pay you for a service. I ordered online and ordered delivery for a reason! And to have to come up to the location at 1030pm was ridiculous and they didn’t even have the order corrected as stated over the phone. Wasted my time and money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! PIZZA WAS BURNT AND I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD!! I WAITED 10 minutes FOR SOMEONE TO COME WAIT ON ME. THEN, I WAS CHARGED $1 FOR SOME DARN CRUSHED PEPPERS! I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN HALF OFF SOMETHING OR EVEN FREE!! THE MANGER FRANKLIN TOLD THE ASSOCIATE IF HE HAD TO PAY FOR THE CRUSH PEPPER SO DO I!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN!!!
