Only this Pizza Hut location in the Lakewood area has the best customer service! They always go above & beyond! Unfortunately this Pizza Hut many years ago was taken out of my delivery zone. So now I’ve made the best of it and enjoy getting my pizza only as a carry-out, which is always fixed to perfection. Many thanks to the long time Manager “Austin” who has made this the best Pizza Hut ever!

I have ordered from this pizza hut on san jose blvd in jacksonville before but today may 16th was just outright terrible. Was waiting for a text saying my order was on the way never got it. 11a came when I scheduled it didnt arrive usually comes a minutes before. Called customer service and they said they closed the location down because nobody showed up. They worst part was they never called or emailed saying they cancelled my order. That was my damn lunch! Im furious!

Ordered on line for delivery. When app said out for delivery almost an hour later it still wasn’t here. Called the store the big dude was very rude and disrespectful. Claimed the delivery guy forgot a part of order and then said he had car troubles when I called again. I had to call. Not once did they make an effort to call me and let me know what was going on. Domino’s does. Just saying. Smh. Didn’t complete the pizza like he should (lied about there was no mushrooms) and didn’t slice the pizza. I had to go get the order myself. Pizza Hut needs to hire some people with people skills and some sense!! Do better!!!

Pizza not even cut correctly. Not sure what kind of dough I got. Super thin , so thin the sauce cooked into the dough and made it hard and taste strange.. I’ll keep ordering from the pizza hut down University blvd..

Real talk, I eat at this pizza hut location a few times a week. The pizza is perfect, the people are great and you can literally see the equipment, everything is super clean and the manager, Austin, is always very kind and accommodating. I recommend this location to serve all of your pizza needs.
