No but really we live around the corner and order Pizza Hut like 2-3x a month from you guys. It’s always hit or miss :/ lately it’s been : pizza is not even cooked all the way/ is squishy ish. And when we get the cinnamon sticks they barely ever have cin/ sugar on them so we have to add more of our own. This time, yall got lazy with cutting it’s fine just stop rushing things, it’ll be aiight. Prices are too high these days for crappy quality food we pay for . We know you can make a good pizza, you have before!

Ordered delivery. Received a text saying the pizza had been delivered but never received the pizza. Called the store, spoke with Dillon who said that he showed the pizza was delivered. I reiterate that I never got a deliver. His response was he ” could send it back out but the same thing could happen” or I can come pick it up. He showed no concern whatsoever.

This is the best Pizza Hut ever, and this is coming from an 80’s kid when Pizza Hut was huge! In Jacksonville, we have lots of small business pizza joints that are stellar. I don’t generally enjoy chain pizza restaurants, with the exception of this San Marco Pizza Hut. Always amazing, from the staff to the food!

It just baffles me how your job is to make pizza every day over and over again and still can’t get it right. This was my first and last time at this location. The pizza was dry, overcooked, barely any sauce or cheese. It was a personal pan pizza it doesn’t take that much cheese yet whoever made it still managed to put the smallest amount they could. I guess you have to pay for extra cheese to get the bare minimum. The boneless wings are just the frozen ones heated up. Never again

With the world in a constant state of uncertainty and anxiety, we as a society have to ask ourselves why? Why continue to struggle against a system that perpetuates the illness that is at the heart of our people. That illness being the most primal and sickening feeling that everyone has; a feeling that I don’t even need to explain, for it is one that you know all too well. Why should we continue: this is a question I have asked myself since I had the ability to ask questions. For most of my life this question has remained unanswered, until very recently when I had discovered the Pizza Hut on San Marco. When I first walked into the restaurant I was greeted with an almost angelic feeling, a feeling of euphoria that I hadn’t felt since I was first born into this world; I take that back, even the creation of any human being doesn’t compare to the feeling I had back then. Walking up to the front counter there was no thoughts in my mind, only a feeling of anticipation and excitement for what is to come. I was greeted by not just an employee, but a curator of food whom had an extensive knowledge of the foods that they serve there. After consulting with the cashier, who might I add was kinder than a saint and was more skillful than a craftsman who has trained for decades, I order my food. At this point in time I was eagerly awaiting my meal, expecting it to take many fortnights, but no. The meal I had ordered had taken only but a small moment of time to have made ready for my consumption. You would think that I had no surprises left for me that night, and if you had asked the me of the past he would probably agree, but I was wrong yet again. When I was getting ready to pay for my meal and leave this heavenly realm, I had believed it would take an entire bag of gold coins to pay for this repast, but when I was getting my bag out I was amazed to find out that this food that would rival only what the gods could create was also very affordable. I went home that night with a pizza in my hand, a pizza that was truly magnificent. Writing this review has made me look back at this one of a kind moment in my life that has forever changed it, but I still cannot describe in human words how amazing that pizza was. The taste of that pizza was of a different caliber, one that I have never seen before or be matched by anything there after. I am writing this review to inform you, you the people, that there is hope in this broken world, and that hope is Pizza Hut. Please, I beg of you all to go to this Pizza Hut. This is more than a building that serves food, it is a temple that has shown me the hope in a better tomorrow that I had never once dreamt of and never knew I needed. It is my desire that you all go here and experience what could not be described in a thousand words.

Soon as i walked in the cashier was friendly and professional. The speed of my pizza was 12 minutes but came early and it was actually really good pizza for the speed. All around awesome experience!

I ordered a large pan pepperoni requested extra sauce not extra cheese what you trying to do constipate me I should ask this to be made over geesh I hate restaurants in Jax they never get anything right too much cheese and didn’t add extra sauce

Cold over cooked burnt pizza at 11am today right when they open. I would not have gave it to my dogs. Would have thought that time of day on a Saturday it would have been so fresh $22 bucks wasn’t even worth a dollar Shame!

Great location. Always get my order right. Exactly as I order it. The associates are always nice and attentive. If you arrive early, they might even put you at the front of the ‘making it’ line. When it comes to Pizza Hut, this is by far my favorite location.
