I want to give a shout out to the cook that made our pizza tonight. We ordered a pan pizza. It was very good. Just the right amounts of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. And it was all very fresh and cooked nice and crispy. Pick up was smooth and the cashier friendly. But I don’t know who took the phone call for the order. If it was a general answering service possibly? She wasn’t very good at her job.

Jenn and the blonde on shift today were amazing. My girlfriend and I placed an order and they had everything ready faster than expected and they took the time to double check everything was correct. Awesome staff! Ps I think the blonde girls name was Shelby I could be wrong but thank you for employing a great staff with amazing food

We ordered the Big New Yorker and it was terrible.There was no taste, it was hard like cardboard and greasy. It did not look like the picture on TV. This was supposed to be our dinner. We throw it in the garbage and had tomato soup for dinner. Never ordering from them again.

Stopped by Tuesday night for take-out and had an awesome experience. Jen, Tiffany, and Gabe were working and they were all super nice and welcoming. Everything was great from start to finish – friendly service, smooth experience, and the food was exactly what I was hoping for. Huge shoutout to the team for making it such a pleasant visit. Pizza Hut’s are hit and miss. This one is a miss. I’ve ordered three times. The first one was good. Second time it was burnt. Third time it was underdone. Plus I had to wait for the employees, who saw me come in, to finish talking before I could pick up my order.

I’m a disabled Gulf war veteran and I was in there just a couple weeks ago and the guy cashing me out noticed my Navy hat and asked if I was a veteran because they give a military discount. I acknowledged that I was and showed him my military ID. I went there tonight and presented my ID to the lady and she just looked at me funny and I explained about the male employee that gave it to me just two weeks ago. She went and asked and said they don’t do that and I recognized the employee that gave it to me before and he said they changed the policy and don’t honor it anymore. I never asked for it the first time but it was the employee that brought it up and offered the discount so I just assumed it was a regular thing. I don’t think they are very veteran friendly and should have a policy in place, not just when they feel like it. I live close by and come here 2 or 3 times a month but I won’t be coming back here and I’ll just find someplace else close by.

Worst pizza we have EVER had from a Pizza Hut. Order was taken by Lisa. We were given a 2 inch crust surrounding a DRY pepperoni and onion hand tossed pizza. We’ve never had such a skimpy, dry pizza from any location. Better teach this crowd how to prepare pizza!!

Horrible experience tonight! Ordered 2 large pizzas, breadsticks & cheesy breadsticks. One of the pizzas had the wrong sauce on it so I called the restaurant & was offered either a refund or for it to be remade, I opted for it to be remade. Waited another 40mins for the new pizza to be delivered. The new pizza delivered was undercooked & had so much garlic parmesan sauce on it that it looked like soup poured on the pizza! The pizza was falling apart when trying to remove slices due to the combination of the undercooked dough & the excessive soupy mixture of sauce!

We tried the Big New Yorker today and were very disappointed. This was the worst pizza we had ever eaten. I would never recommend Pizza Hut ever. They did return our money but still a horrible experience.
