Rudest manager ive ever seen. Called me to tell me they were closing soon and that i had five minutes to get there. That gas got to he the worst pizza I’ve had in years.we ordered 3 pizzas at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon for pickup at 6:30. Cost around $39. That went OK but when I got them home and opened the boxes they weren’t burned but were so dark around they might have well been. You could hardly tell the difference between the 3 they were so dark. We had people over that were hungry so running them back wasn’t an option. They were all pretty much tasteless. It’s been a while since I’ve used Pizza Hut and it wasn’t that great then but if this is the trash they are putting out now I won’t be using them again. I didn’t go back the next day to complain because as most out there know these big companies really don’t care. I know next time to pay a bit more and go to a better place.

I had a mishap in ordering pizza for my family, it was supposed to be the next day. The manager went out of his way to assist and allowed for the pizza to be picked up the next day. And then they went beyond and delivered. My parents have dementia. I am so grateful. Thank you to the team that showed such stellar customer service. Really appreciate it!

Been eating Pizza Hut pizzas since the 1970’s. From PA to NY to MA to VA. First time in FL and never had a complaint until now. Medium cheese pizza was pretty well burnt. And yet it was cold? It was about 13 minutes from placing my order to picking it up. Discovered the burnt condition when I got it home. I called to let them know. They offered to replace it. I took a picture which I showed when I went to pick up the replacement. Event the replacement was a little toasted. I was told that the condition was within Pizza hut parameters. in 50 years I’ve never had one that burnt. Sad to say, that’s the end of this relationship.

I came to palm coast for an appointment. To my surprise I was REALLY early, so I stopped to grab something to eat. Among walking into this location and leaving I was greeted with a welcoming smile on his face to leaving with a perfectly made personal pan pizza. I was in and out in under 15 minutes!! Thank you and I will be back!!
