I’ve been to this store alot. They keep going downhill. The big new Yorker is what I ordered. It was burnt. I won’t go to this pizza hut again. I’ve had other bad food there as well. But, I try to give second chances because everyone has a bad night. I’d ask for my money back but I dont want to drive back there.

It is the best chain Pizza. I think they do sometimes get the orders wrong. But that’s not a huge deal.It’s just a topping here or there. Tbh, during their special of $10 NA toppings, it’s easy to run out of things. They do have regulars who, when you come to the counter, just sit there and talk to you. Non-stop, like I said a regular customer, I just ignore but they’re Pan Pizza is delicious.

This Pizza Hut was amazing! It’s not my first time but the first that made me want to leave a review. I’ve never had a Pizza Hut ‘pan pizza’ cooked so perfectly. The delivery was so fast it was still very hot! I wish all Pizza Huts were consistent like this one! Thank you!!

Normally, I don’t have an issue with this place, but last Super Bowl Sunday was horrendous. I ordered online and paid with my card. The delivery guy claimed that we didn’t pay, and the receipt said we were going to pay with cash. I showed him that my card was already charged and the confirmation e-mail verified the payment. To delivery guy called the store to verify my claim and heard that I was correct. Then the guy wanted to take a picture of my credit card with his personal phone as proof of seeing the card. I refused to allow him, and I signed the receipt without a tip. He gave me the food and left.
When I opened the box, the pizza was crushed and sticking to the lid. The cheese sticks were burned.
If you want quality pizza, order at a time when they won’t be busy. Maybe then you will receive a product that was made with at least standard quality.
