I ordered 1 pizza and got there 2 mins after the expected ready time. I went inside and waited over 15 minutes before the clerk finally came over to the counter, giving me a pizza that had sat inside the warmer. I’m rating the food 3 stars because the pizza was not hot and I had to reheat at home which takes away from the point of getting a fresh pizza.

I know there are better pizza places in the area, but my husband prefers Pizza Hut and I find it to be less greasy than others. However, the pizza was AWFUL tonight. I might as well ate the cardboard box. It was not fresh. Additionally, I was the only one inside and neither worker acknowledged my presence from the kitchen for several minutes. A polite “We’ll be with you shortly” goes a long way and I might’ve added a tip but glad I didn’t after that experience and the disappointing pizza. I also observed trash on the floor and it smelled rotten inside. I was surprised not to see this location listed on nassau restaurant inspections for any violations.

Not happy… normally we don’t have a problem with this location but tonight the crust of pizza is 3 fingers wide… I’m not paying for crust but pizza as well as the middle of the whole pizza where the topping are is uncooked and to much sauce on some parts and barely any on other parts…

I placed an online order for a large pizza. When I arrived at the location the pizza was not correct. Emily and the rest of the team members at this location were exceptionally helpful and made a new pizza immediately that was correct. We will be returning to this location in the future.

Ordered delivery on a Saturday evening, it was delivered earlier than expected. I have the Pizza Hut app and was able to receive updates on order progress. Ordered a medium cheese pizza and a medium pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni ratio was perfect along with the cheese pizza. So good we had leftovers the next day!

No customer service at this location . Told me my pizza was being cut. After I asked 20 minutes later I’m told they never made it. They made no attempt to correct the issue. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. They are simply indifferent and couldn’t care less. All they were worried about was shift end and and breaking out their seven dollar per person tips.

Was ok. Not enough sauce on pizza. There were 6 employees working. 1 used restroom, never washed hands, her pants were saggy. Kept playing with hair. That’s unsanitary.
