A new location in Starke, since the closing of their sit down restaurant. This is a pick up only Pizza Hut. Food is good, staff are pleasant. Ordered online was suppose to be brought out to my car,but after waiting 10 minutes I just parked and walked in and got it. Only one person there working, SHORT STAFFED, like everywhere now.

I guess they don’t have their own drivers anymore. And I wish I had known.
But I have a traumatic brain injury and everything is hard for me. However, I’m sure that pizza hut knows how to update their website to remove what they don’t sell anymore?
I am disabled and live below 100% poverty level. But big corporations keep stealing my money – BECAUSE THEY CAN.
Gentleman from door dash was very pleasant and apologetic. He got a bigger tip than I’d planned on giving. But he’s just trying to supplement his social security. So I helped him with that.
Pizza hut lost me as a customer FOREVER.
Thank you for screwing over the little people again – especially your poor, disabled, housebound customers who would like to eat, too.
You should be ashamed, Pizza Hut. But you won’t be because obviously you don’t care. You have made my country greater; congratulations.

We were traveling through this area on the way home to NC and I was craving Pizza Hut pan pizza in the worst way. The map showed we would get there 2 minutes before closing. I placed my order in the app and then called. We spoke to Shawn(sorry if I get your name wrong). She was closing and she said she was making my pizza and putting it in the oven. She even called us back to make sure we had the correct directions to get there, as they had switched locations recently. She met us at the door when we got there. The pizza was hot, cooked perfectly, tasted amazing and clearly the customer service was on point and amazing !! Thank your so much!!!

I came in today to get a pizza and 2 liter, there was a customer in line ahead of me finishing their order. The sales clerk behind the counter seemed very confused about the order, and then proceeded to take 25 minutes to cut and box 3 pizzas that were already ready to be served (as in he wasn’t waiting for them to cook) 2 more customers came in behind me, at which point the sales clerk looks even more confused. In the 35 minutes we waited there he never once acknowledged us, asked our names, if we had placed an order or would like to. The way he moved reminded me of a sloth, he could barely pull out and open a pizza box without struggling and looking lie he was perplexed by the presence of right angles… I walked out without ordering, the Chinese place next door is way better anyway…

Never once have they gotten my order wrong. They’re always so polite. Food gets delivered quickly, and it’s always hot and fresh!
