The meat to cheese ratio was not bad, the cheese to sauce ratio below standards, sauce to dough ratio horrible. Pizza was dry and needed to have more equal ingredients.
Cheesesticks were on point !!! My favorite part of the meal.
The garlic parm boneless chicken was decent. Chicken was cooked well but it could of used more dredging in the sauce it was on the dry side.
Overall I was satisfied but not happy with my Big Box. I would order again but with a lot of extra instructions on how I want my food to be cooked.

I ordered one pizza and some bread thinking it wouldn’t take that long. It did but only because my order was sitting in the heater for 20 minutes because someone failed to ask if I had made an order already. They put food in slots and forget about it. Make sure if you order here to keep an eye on it so you’re not sitting waiting for something that’s been done for however long

Would give this place a zero if possible. Walked in. Waited t minutes, Saw my order board showed ready for pick up. Said hello then ignored me. Terrible understand having a bad day. Wouldn’t give me the order I paid for, and wouldn’t have a refund, planned it was canceled and would not be charged. Card already had been charged, no refund.

Last Sunday, I visited the Middleburg Pizza. I wanted a special order that isn’t available online. The person who was at the register completely understood what I wanted. We figured out how to place my order online so that I could get the right pricing. My Pizza was delicious. He had informed me up front it would take longer because of all the toppings on the Pizza. Thanks to him for taking the time to deal with my special request. I will be back because they clearly care about satisfying their customers and making a quality pizza.

It was warm. Arrived via delivery as you can see a jumbled mess. I don’t really know if all this seasoning is supposed to be on the Edge pizza but it’s a lot of seasoning. Not really what I expected this time around.

The brunette was kinda nasty and I don’t know what happened to their sauce recipe, but it tasted like they opened a plain can of tomato sauce without adding spices and herbs and just poured it on the dough! It was horrible! Used to be good…not anymore! Actually disappointed.

I am too exhausted from the 30 minute fiasco just to pick up one large pizza to even write about the whole experience as it stems over the past 2 months of disappointment from dealing with this “Hut” I will never go to or deal with this Pizza Hut ever again. There’s Little Caesars, Domino’s, & Papa John’s as well as other mom & pop places to get pizza within a mile or 2. Tighten up Pizza Hut of Middleburg!!
