I ordered a large pizza for delivery and when it arrived it was a medium I called to tell them they’ve made a mistake and they young girl who answered said they could remake my pizza correctly and then put me on hold, after 15 minutes of waiting on hold I hung up and called back and spoke to a older woman who told me that they now close at 10 and that they aren’t going to be remaking my pizza and I need to bring the pizza box to the store tomorrow morning and get a new pizza. I work a full time job and don’t have time to do that. She was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed she was “the owner” I’ve never had this bad of an experience at Pizza Hut ever. This lady was completely rude and unprofessional. And also my medium pizza barely had any sauce and was definitely over cheesed. I won’t be back if she’s the “owner”. I want a refund or to talk to a real manager because whoever I talked to was a complete joke.

I’m a long-time fan of Pizza Hut and have always been satisfied with their food. However, my latest experience was a letdown. I ordered a side of French fries, which was a mistake. For $4.99, I expected a decent serving size, but what I got was a tiny portion that left me feeling ripped off. The fries were good, but the value was not. I hope Pizza Hut reconsiders their pricing and portion sizes for this item. Still, I’ll be back for their great pizza!

I almost never give a restaurant 5 stars. To get 5 stars , the experience has to be so good that I will make the long drive back to eat there again. The table service here was excellent and the food was just like the Pizza Hut restaurants from my childhood. If you like the traditional Pizza Hut sit down experience, this place is your stop.

Good food, kinda of a small buffet, if you ask for a salad they’ll bring it out to you. Which is good because it’s fresher that way. And they’ll fix one special pizza by request per table. Nice setup inside and clean!

New management team at night is horrible here. They will leave you waiting in the drive thru window and not appear for almost 10 minutes. The line has been long and this is the pick up order lane. They never answer the phone leaving you to place order online. We’ve been waiting over 25 minutes and we can back out bc it’s a cars behind us.

Traveling back home out of state. Had stuffed crust pepperoni and a stuffed crust with ham, pineapple, and black olives, garlic knots, and buffalo mild boneless wings. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!! Alex was wonderful as well!!!! Will definitely revisit when we come back to Florida.

i ordered thru the app for delivery and when my pizza and breadstick got here the breadsticks have none of the butter or seasoning it’s supposed to have, when i called the girl that answered was nice nd seemed to be a little confused i explained it to her and she told me to give her a sec after about a minute i heard someone in the background then a few seconds later i was hung up on this is not the first time something like this has happened. they need to look into the management.

I had to placed my oder through my Pizza Hut app while sitting in the drive through window! By the time someone came to the window my order was ready on my app and that is the only reason why someone came to the drive thru. The reason given was that the “new CSR” turned off the drive thru bell. Hats off to the pizza chefs! This night they are the only ones that actually did their job.

Food was definitely not great and not Pizza Hut quality from what I remember. My wife and I stopped in in for a quick lunch at the buffet. There were only six tables and they could not keep the buffet stocked with pizza and we also found hair in the pasta. Pizza was overcooked as all the crust was hard. Temperature of the buffet warmer seemed a little low. When I stuck my hand in to get a slice of pizza from one of the pans I did not feel any heat. We ordered wings and they came out lukewarm. The cinnamon sticks on the bar were hard and in a partially cut sheet and you had to fight to get them out of the pan. They still have beer taps up at the bar but I was told they haven’t sold beer for years. And the price was way overpriced, (especially for the quality of food that Pizza Hut is known for vs. what I actually received) $45 before tip for two people to eat at the buffet bar and have a 6 count order of wings with two drinks. I doubt I will go back. Their motto is “No one out pizzas the Hut” but they certainly could have done a better job on this day.

This place was awesome. We arrived just as lunch was starting the management was very helpful and bringing out pizzas we wanted which we really appreciated. She did mention they may not be able to do it every time but we were glad to get it. Food quality was good and hit the spot.
