1/29 6:45 called in manger(lady) had me on hold for 3 minutes . I told her this pizza was super dry she stated needed the whole pizza back. I told her I didn’t have the whole I had half and she just gave attitude no apology at all. Called corp because I work hard for my money the pizza was so dry and over cooked you can see by pic. Won’t be back little Caesar cheaper and customer service is better!!

My order totaled out to 30$ for one pizza two ranch’s to be delivered down the street from the restaurant. Once my pizza arrived it was completely covered and SOGGY from grease, AND THE RANCH I HAD TO PAY FOR was not there. Pizza Hut you made my day worse and your pizza sucked!

Sheila was absolutely amazing! I walked in on a budget to feed 3 kids for under $30.00. She was patient and took her time to put together the best deal. She and Nicolette were very inviting and such a pleasure to meet. BEST Pizza Hut I’ve had..EVER! THANK YOU MS SHEILA!

The woman who was working was not very friendly. My pizza had what looked like slime on the crust and box. I later found out that it was garlic butter. The pizza looked very rushed and the bread on one of my pizzas tasted very doughy and undone. I was not satisfied with my purchase at all and I don’t think I will be visiting this Pizza Hut again because if my food was messed up once doesn’t mean that if I give them a second try the same won’t happen.

Wrong pizza was delivered. Sausage instead of pepperoni, I informed driver and told him to take it back and I will wait no matter how long. While on the phone with customer service to let them know, driver returned with what I thought was the right pizza. I opened the box to see holes in the pizza. I tried to get the driver only to see he had ran off in his car. The pizza wasnt even cooked, it had holes and was stuck to the box. HORRIBLE!!! I would have waited for the right Pizza no matter how long it took. However, I will never buy from this store again.

Ordered a large pizza and 12 wings last week at least 30 minutes before closing and they decided to tell us before when we got there that they canceled the order. What is the purpose of asking for the phone number on file when they didn’t call to properly notify us that they canceled the whole order due to “not having wings because their truck didn’t come in”…. Waste of time and gas
