The food was fresh. It was decent/pretty good, but not great. The service lacked a little. Gentleman got frustrated when he didn’t know if Marinara came w breadsticks. I offered to pay for a side – I just wanted Marinara. Only half my boneless wings were in the box. Atmosphere lacked. Felt a little dirty. Place needs a remodel. Hard to see entrance at night.

I paid $40 for 1 large pizza and my food was over an hour late getting to me and it was cold. So I did not get to enjoy it. And when you pay that much money for 1 pizza it should be worth the money. And it most definitely wasn’t. Not to mention I added a tip when I placed my order. And if I would’ve know that my food would be late and cold I definitely wouldn’t have given a tip or even ordered from there.

Hands down thr best Pizza hut I’ve ever eaten at. The flavors do not disappoint and everything I have ever ordered (dine in or carry out) has been correct. No mishaps ever! Also the cashier/no contact deliver personnel is very courteous and respectful. Definitely a repeat customer for life!

Ordered a big box dinner with 3 pizzas and an 8 piece wing through the app. Waited over an hour for no pizza. Called the Blackshear, GA branch as that is whom I was needing the pizza delivered from. Only to be told the app was not working on their end and they never received my order, but took my $54 out of my account. Only then to be told they have my order but cannot deliver it due to being short staffed. I understand emergencies come up, but have the decency to call so I can arrange for it to be picked up as I was home with 6 kids.

I placed an order with pizza hut in Blackshear, GA. and told the worker taking my order 3 times that my order was to be delivered to the camper, not the mobile home. The delivery person never got out of his car and never delivered my order and I was assured by the person who took my order that it would be noted that it was to be delivered to the camper. I called and spoke with the manager and he was very polite, it still gave me the impression that they weren’t really concerned about the fact that a customer was done that way so that will be my last time doing business with Pizza Hut.

Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut last night and shortly thereafter a doordash driver showed up with my food. I didn’t order doordash I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut to be delivered by a delivery driver that works for Pizza Hut. I can only hope the doordash driver didn’t do anything to my food nor was it stored in any way to keep it warm.

Usually I have great food from here. But the last couple of times not so great. Spent 54 dollars ordered toasted parmesan crust on 2 of three pizzas and butter garlic on the other. None of them had any crust toppings. The cinnabons were very under cooked. Disappointed.

I think the pizza box would have had as much flavor if you dumped a glob of tomato sauce on it & broiled it foe about an hour. My husband’s pizza looked delicious. It had pepperoni & mushrooms & lots of cheese. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

First experience was a few months back we ordered online for delivery. Well about an hour goes by so I call them up and find out that they don’t have a delivery driver during the day. Ok…. They claimed they tried to call me but I didn’t get a call and I verified the number. Alright whatever, I got my kids ready and got our food and just ordered Dominos from then on.
Now today we decide we will give them another chance, of course something had to go wrong, we got a call that went to our voicemail that they couldn’t make wings. Alright, whatever, we call them back to say just remove the wings. After 7 phone calls of not reaching anyone they called us back and I made the decision to cancel the entire order.
I worked at the Dominos across the street from Pizza Hut for 3 years as a delivery driver and I know that we always had people answering the phones even if it was a driver, manager, or whoever was working the line. We always had a single delivery driver during the day. I say all of this because I thought every Pizza delivery place had a similar standard until I dealt with pizza hut here in Blackshear 2 times and had a bad experience both times. I will be bringing my business somewhere else from now on.
