Let’s get right into it. There was a man working, I assume the shift lead or manager. I must applaud him, he had such a great attitude all around. He is on top of everything, he makes sure the pizza is up to standards. Meaning pretty cheese melted, correct amount of cheese and toppings. The best pizza in Rincon, Pooler, Savannah I must say I am here working and good pizza is hard to come by and I walked in at my last attempt before giving up on pizza in the entire state. He was a lifesaver. He respects the dollar that is worked for especially now days. AMEN give him a raise.

My experience with Pizza Hut in Rincón on February 19, 2026, was by far one of the worst food-ordering experiences I’ve had. I placed and paid for my order through the mobile app. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a rude manager who printed out an additional receipt and pressured me to leave a tip. His attitude clearly changed when I initially didn’t tip. I wasn’t aware that tipping was expected, but I still left a tip out of kindness for the staff. Unfortunately, the food quality was just as disappointing. The pizza had no sauce, and the chicken bites looked rushed and poorly put together. Overall, the service and food quality were unacceptable.

I come here regularly and every time the pizza looks beautiful and taste even better, phenomenal staff and attention to quality in detail with the pizzas they make on my orders thank you Pizza Hut team. I look forward to my Saturday or Sundays, especially during football season for delicious pizza. Thank you again.

This was the worst experience we have ever had at this store. I ordered online, got to the store when it said it would be ready. They forgot to make one of the pizzas on the order. So I had to wait 25 more minutes to get that,and the one that they made was not what I ordered I ordered extra pepperoni and hot seasoning on it and they gave me a plain pepperoni. The personal Pizza wasn’t cooked through so it couldn’t be , and the cookie was BURNT. We didn’t get any marinara sauce with the breadsticks or the p’zone, and I didn’t get the garlic sauce that I paid for. My family was very disappointed, to put it nicely.

On Dec. 6, I placed an order for delivery@ 5:51pm .Approximately 30 minutes later than the said delivery time, I got a text message saying it was now being delivered by Doordash.If you didn’t have any drivers why not call the customer and let them know.? I let that slide due to having 3 little ones at home. Doordash arrived almost 2 hours later @7:20pm. The pizza was burnt to a crisp and cold. I ultimately had to leave my house anyway to get a refund bc no one was answering the phone. I did receive my refund, but I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Ordered two personal fan pizzas, one supreme and one pepperoni. The pepperoni one has so much cheese on that it was flowing over the sides and that supreme had so much of everything on it that it was unedible. The food cost at this establishment must be out of the roof
