Ordered the $7. Pizzas one pepperoni and one sausage. The app didn’t put my order through correctly so I got cheese pizza. I asked if I could just bring them back and they it on the meat. She said that the meat was an extra cost! How is that when it’s a 7.00 one topping pizza? Anyways she wasn’t very professional or smart!

We ordered 5 large pizzas for a business meeting at work, We called in soon as they opened, placed the order and paid in advance.
We were told they would be delivered within the next 30 minutes. We waited 50 minutes before attempting to call 9 different times on 2 separate phones only for it to ring and ring endlessly with no answer.
Finally after we drove up there to pick up the pizzas ourselves after more than an hour, another employee finally got an answer on the phone and was told they were slammed and didn’t have time to get to our order until just a little while before we picked it up. If you are running a business you must make time to at the least call to apologize and let the customer know what is going on. I think it was handled incorrectly as a business. I understand places get busy. However you have a right as a customer service provider to be diligent to your duties. One call with a short and apologetic explanation can dissolve a situation faster than you ignoring the situation. It was very unprofessional!

Seems like since the young black manager they had left this place went down hill. They are rude and service is awful. No one that works there has customer service skills. Use to be a good establishment however I won’t be ordering from there again!

This is the worst pizza hut I’ve ordered from. The sauce is horrible and they put way too much of it. Hardly any cheese and it was burnt along with the crust. The driver was also rude and incompetent. The only saving grace to this $40 order was the garlic butter sauce.

Our pizza was just okay. Not bad, not great, okay. I ordered a buffalo chicken melt it had no chicken and no buffalo sauce. Ok, there was 3 pieces of cubed of chicken…no sauce and cheese in a wonton wrapper thin dough. However, the employees here were very friendly so there’s that. I’m not rushing back anytime soon but I’d not count them out.

I ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza and paid $24. What I got was brick.. Though I ordered thin crust I didn’t expect to have to use a sledge hammer an you could literally count the sausage pieces.. There was exactly 2 small pieces of sausage on each slice.. Very disappointed and disgusted..I gave a 2 star rating because the cashier was very polite..

Wish I could give them NO stars , they didn’t deliver our pizza two times in row , that was already paid for ! Then lied about it when I call to check on it said drive couldn’t find out house then drive said we had a private road sign so she turn around and they didn’t even call us , then said it would be another hour , but that they would remake our food , yeah right ! They came 2hrs. 48 mins after we ordered and they didn’t remake nothing , it was cold , hard , old ass pizza .

Love the workers i ran into that afternoon. They forgot to add the extra chz and remade their mistake without me even knowing or saying anything. They also gave me the mistake pizza as well.. I totally loved that lol.. They were super sweet and hard working. Forgot the soda though. I think when the soads are ordered maybe they should go ahead and give soda to customer so we won’t forget. All in all. Great service
