If I could give 0 stars, I would. I got a burnt pizza with scarce cheese. Took it back, the nice lady looked at it and asked what was wrong… seriously? She offered to remake it. I got an OLD pizza with scarce cheese. So old it was stuck to the cardboard and broke apart, not pulled apart… I’m good on them for a good while. Terrible food quality. The lady in front was nice, though. note: NEVER ORDER IN THE LAST HOUR OF BUSINESS. YOU’LL GET RECYCLED FOOD OR FOOD WITH NO EFFORT PUT INTO IT.

Ordered delivery and PizzaHut on Russell Pkwy sent me burnt scorched breadsticks and Lemon pepper wings on the evening of Wednesday March 5 , 2025 ! The hot mess breadsticks were almost crispy‼️. I guess I have to tell them : “PizzaHut on Russell Parkway, it not okay to prepare and deliver burnt food!”… Just damn! Where is the quality control? The he proof is in the pics! Done with them! PERIOD…They don’t deserve even 1 star.

I purchased a $10 Tastemaker Pizza w/ thin crust. This pizza was DELICIOUS. The mini Cinnabon rolls were mediocre. The rolls could have have more glaze on them. This was a delivery order. With the cost associated with delivery, such as delivery fees and drive tip, I didn’t receive the value of the ADDITIONAL $9.99 that was added top of my food order. If I had been able to pick it up as a carry-out order, maybe I would have had a different opinion on value. I’ll order again, because it’s near my job. They can deliver rather quickly when I’m unable to leave and pick up my own lunch. My orders from this Pizza Hut is strictly for convenience. Prior to the chaos of the world, I hadn’t eaten at a Pizza in about 15 years.

I tried the Buffalo Chicken Hot Melt. It was freshly prepared and tasty. I also ordered the Mini Cinnabons that were perfectly cooked. More glaze on the rolls would have been appreciated.

Honestly started having pizza hut again after the watson dominos messed up my order twice… but I will say this location does a good job, they always make sure the sauce is in the box and the food has been great each time. Even my girlfriend has mentioned the pizza has been great. They are also pretty quick with stuff. I do plan to keep ordering here in the future.
