Believe the poor reviews! Delivery driver couldn’t transport pizza correctly. I ordered extra cheese and sauce and they put TOO much cheese on the pizza. Some of the dough was raw.

I had an excellent experience at this Pizza Hut thanks to one outstanding employee Kim. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about getting my order right. The service was fast, professional, and made my day better. It’s rare to see customer service like this anymore, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like Kim on their team—keep up the great work Kim!!!

I had originally placed an order at the Evans location & after waiting in store for 30 minutes, 30 minutes after my order confirmed it was ready & had yet to be acknowledged by any worker, I left & placed an order at this location. I was 10 minutes away & my order was ready by the time I walked in. The staff immediately greeted me kindly & with a smile! I didn’t get her name, but the girl at the front was so nice & has a great smile & attitude! The other workers were also kind & friendly. I’d happily go out of my way to pickup from here for the friendliness alone. I hope their manager sees this & knows how good of people they’ve got!

Worst pizza hut ever! Employees say you have to order in store today. No online or phine orders are accepted. Immediately went to store and employee asked if im picking up a carry out. I said I was told I had to order in store. She then says that she dont even know why theyre open in this snow and tells me they are closing and not taking orders. Dont waste your time or money

Food wasnt as fresh as I had hoped, but the service at the drive thru was EXCEPTIONAL!!! A young man named Dylan took my order and I had a great customer service experience with him. Very kind, very respectful young man!

Was craving boneless wings for dinner. Had some options nearby like Zaxbys and Wingstop, but saw that Pizza Hut had a promo for BOGO wings (buy any amount, receive equal or lesser amount free), so decided to give them a shot. Overall am pleasantly surprised. Ordering was easy online, and pickup was quick in person. The wings were crispy and tender inside, and the sauces they were tossed in had very good flavor. Definitely on par with its competitors, which is impressive considering it’s a pizza shop. Also worth nothing that the Wednesday BOGO deal makes this far more affordable than similar options. Definitely would come back for the chicken alone.

I ordered online, as I do almost every week, and my order was delivered missing my drinks, my dessert, and my wings had no sauce. I called the store, I was on hold for about 30 minutes. The lady on the phone was as nice as she could be. But the manager refused to talk to me. Told me I had to call door dash, a service I didn’t choose, about my missing items and send a complaint about my wings. I understand being busy and having to use door dash but the refusal to help is what angered me. I did call door dash, luckily the woman on the other line felt my frustration and decided to go above and beyond to help me. I’ve been ordering from this same store for years almost weekly and never been treated this bad before. Beyond frustrated.

Pizza was not made as ordered. My half pepperoni and half cheese was 1/3 pepperoni, with what looked like the cook cared less about how the ingredients went on. My pepperoni, mushroom and black olives had no black olives, and the toppings were random, some pieces of pizza having very little if any of the ordered toppings. This isn’t the first time this has happened. This will be the last. I am also telling everyone I know not to order pizza from here.
