Ordered 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and wings at 7:35 PM for an 8:10 delivery. At 8:08 I got a notification saying it was delivered but it wasn’t. Called the store and was told it was a system error.
After waiting another 30 minutes, I canceled the order. Ten minutes later the driver still showed up around 9:00 PM. When I got back, half the order was missing (no wings and missing breadsticks).
Poor communication, late delivery, and incomplete order. Very frustrating experience.

Chase
Don’t even try ordering carry out. They won’t even start making it until you get there. This isn’t a one off scenario either. It’s been multiple times and happens every single time I try ordering carry out. Once you get there it takes them 20-40 minutes just to make a small order. THE WHOLE POINT OF CARRY OUT IS TO NOT WAIT ON THE FOOD AND IT BE READY WHEN YOU GET THERE.

Ordered large hand tossed cheese pizza with cinnabon delights. Food was not in the heater when I arrived and the cinnabon delights were given to me while it was opened slightly. Find out why when you open it and find only 8 cinnabons instead of 10 and none of them are smothered in cinnabon’s signature icing. They just threw pizza huts icing on the side. Never had a problem with this location before. It was 12:30; no real reason to be that lazy when you just opened. Obviously new staff members. I miss the old one’s. Never eating at this site ever again!!!

Literally waiting a whole hour for my order that was placed. When I placed my order it stated it’d be dropped off by 9:44. I got a notification saying it was dropped off at 9:48. This was not true so I called the store at 9:50 to figure out where my food was at & was told that “she’s leaving the store with your order now” I waited another 30 minutes for my food to arrive. It’s cold & looks like it’s been sitting for the last hour. The sauce on the wings is everywhere in the box , expect for on the wings.

OH MY GOODNESS I AM SO PROUD OF PIZZA HUT BECAUSE THEY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT WITH MY ORDER. MY KIDS, SISTER AND I ENJOY THE LOOKS AND HOW FRESH AND HOT THE FOOD GOT DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE!!! Service was horrible I will give the Tobacco Road store a negative 10 the delivered the wrong order when I called to get my order right I was sent to a call center and the person on the phone didn’t know how to do anything they could not even put my address in right. They was told I had to go pick up my pizza if I wanted it they couldn’t deliver so I was told it would be 15 minutes when I got to the store was told it would be another 20 or 30 minutes. Payed in advance (online) website indicated 30min prep time. Arrived at the store and between doordash and regular orders the line was virtually out the door. Waited in line 1hr and 40mins… I will never purchase from this location again…

Horrible customer service. Order was placed and confirmed through the app. 20 minutes later I received a call that my order was being voided and payment returned because they were “out of everything” at 7. When in reality they just didn’t want to fulfill the order. I will never patronize this location again.
