One thing I don’t do is giving good from another order because I literally put this in like 6 to 7 min before arriving as I left from getting my baby from school and it was cold and not made right… no basil lil to no sauce and all 3 of the pizzas was like that!!!

Order delivery paid for extra cheese. Barely got any. App said it was delivered at 10:04. It was not called the store and said the driver was still out. I’m assuming they said it was delivered so it wouldn’t messed where their delivery accuracy.

Any time you order online pick up. Its never ready when you show up. Its always “another 15” or “another 20” after i already made sure to wait 30 before even showing up. They dont make your food till you show up at the door i swear. Food is good just takes a trillion years to get.

So I ordered three pizzas, some wings, pasta, and Cinnabon. So I get to the store and it says proceed to the pick-up window. I sat at the pick-up window for 10 minutes and no one came to the window even after I blew my horn. So I had to call to get someone to come to the window and that took another five minutes for them to come to the window. Then I get home to pizza that looks like this. Dry pizza. Like super dry. The chicken pizza don’t even look like a chicken pizza. The wings were so disgusting the dog didn’t even want it. By far my worst pizza hut experience ever. And I’m new to the fort gordon area. I can’t believe I left Louisiana for this place.

Last night was the last time eating pizza hut they can’t read the orders or just don’t care I always order light sauce it was so much sauce I had to throw the whole pizza away also its like the original pan always look and taste like hand tossed waste of time and money at the restaurant a whole 22 dollars waste the pizza was trouble and yall lost me as a customer I don’t have money to waste.

This was a pickup order, but I did not check my order before leaving. I get home and open the box to this foolery. Once you play with my food, I’m done eating at your restaurant. They offered to remake the pizza, but this should not have happened, and driving back to the restaurant took time and gas to return it.
