Call in was easy. Pizza was made on time. I was the only one in the store and nobody acknowledged me for 5 minutes even though the employees past right by me at one point. The pizza was ok at best but not the normal Pizza Hut standards…. See picture below. Not sure if it’s just management or employees that don’t care to train how to properly prepare a pizza but for $17 for one medium pizza you would expect at least the cheese to cover the entire pizza and not just get bread and marinara sauce

First time I ever call this place. I was waiting for 9 minutes. And the girl sounds irritated when she picks up. I asked her “what time do you close please”? And she responds with “regular time”!!! With such an attitude. Appalling. Excuse me ma’am! I know it’s literally 7:29pm on December 31st. However, I could give you attitude as well for holding so long. And I did not! And don’t assume people know your hours of operation! Your website was not working and so we we’re forced to bother you while working! Unbelievable. I can only imagine how they are going to be if I can’t locate any where else to order pizza in this neighborhood. Disgusting. Since she didn’t provide a name, my call was 12/31/25 @7:29pm. Hopefully, they can retrain her in customer service! Happy New Year!

Pizza was not made fresh or sitting out for a long time before picking up order. My family could not even bite into it because the dough was so hard and the sauce looked curdled/old. I’ve ordered from this location very often and never had this problem until last night. I Will never order pizza from Pizza Hut again. I’ll continue to order from the very best at papa John’s or anywhere else other than Pizza Hut as it has went severely downhill. I wouldn’t feed this to my own dog. Deserves zero stars and the workers should be ashamed to even allow old pizza to be sold.

The manager called me personally to discuss a negative survey experience and she was helpful and professional. I have seen her working very hard at this location and appreciate the tough job she has keeping everything running well. I hope Pizza Hut is giving her good support to teach the employees well and keep to good standards.

Not everyone likes using apps some people just want to be able to call in an order and actually speak to a person.. you’re loosing customers because of this..if I cant call in and get the specials and have to order on the app I will go somewhere else
