I would’ve given five stars cos it was probably the best pizza we’ve ever had from there! I ordered online and when I arrived, was the 3rd car back in line to pick up the order. I sat there for 7 minutes (yes I timed it). One car ahead of me had already pulled out of line and went inside. I was next. I gave my name and 13 minutes later, had my pizza. By this time there were 3 cars behind me. I saw 4 people working. I don’t know if they were very short handed or what the problem was but they did not have it together last night.

I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut for their flavor, however I’m done with them. First, all of a sudden I can’t get the crust I want anymore and their “Pan” crust is not pan at all, more like hand tossed. Stopped by tonight and after they accepted my phone order they call back and tell me they can’t do the Deep Crust rectangle pizza I want on a regular pizza. I can only get it in some big box deal. Just me and my wife so that’s too much. Said they can do pan. I reluctantly agreed, then I ask if they had fried cheese sticks, was told yes. Pick up and the “cheese sticks” are cheesy bread sticks, not even close. To top it off, both the pizza and bread sticks weren’t fully cooked. And expensive for what you get. I won’t be back. Other places closer and better.

So glad to see a sit-down Pizza Hut restaurant still in operation. The food was good but the restaurant was understaffed. It seemed like they were maybe two people working in the restaurant there should have been three or four.

They let me add something to the order after it was placed with no problem. They also were considerate and included plates and wet wipes knowing they were delivering to a hotel room which was super helpful. The food was steaming hot when it arrived and delicious. Good job guys!

We used this location 2 times in a week and they didn’t disappoint either time. Pizza was great and the pasta and breadsticks were awesome.

I think I would have been better off eating the cardboard box it came in. Crust was burnt brittle. Cheese had zero flavor and I ordered a meat pizza but ended up with this hot mess. Won’t be doing THAT again. 16 dollars down the drain.

Best pizza I’ve had in a while! I’ve always been a fan of the Ringgold, GA Pizza Hut but they did an even better than usual job tonight! Perfect on all points! I ordered online and picked up at the drive thru window. Super supreme pan pizza and honey bbq wings were delicious and my four year old son approved the personal pan cheese too. My order was ready on time, the food was hot, and the service in the drive thru was great. Keep up the good work Ringgold Pizza Hut! I highly recommend this location!
