This Specific location in Oakwood ,GA proved to be worth the drive from Gainesville! Super friendly service and fantastic, picture perfect pizza with perfect taste! Very grateful since it’s one of the only pizza places where I can substituteAlfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce, bc I’m allergic to tomatoes. Other pizza places have different types of Alfredo sauce with ingredients in allergic, so I prefer pizza hut over all others. I’ll gladly make the 35 minute round trip from Thompson Bridge in Gainesville to get my pizza here instead of the horrible Gainesville location! Thank you, Oakwood Pizza Hut for great service!! .

The woman who checked me out was very kind & polite. We had a short conversation. The store was really clean. The pineapples didn’t really have any flavor. Other than that, the food was pretty good. (Large pizza & breadstx = $31.54)

I ordered cheese bread sticks and a personal pizza. The breadsticks were not cut and the pizza was hard as a brick!! I called customer service and the woman got an attitude with me about it so I just hung up. I have been very sick lately and just didn’t feel like dealing with it!! I will just never order from Pizza Hut again especially the Pizza Hut in Oakwood!!!! I ordered a pizza because I didn’t want to deal with fixing something to eat but I ended up with an order that was gross and not done correctly so thanks a lot Pizza Hut you just lost a customer!!!

The pizzas looked like they were left out for days. Incorrect and inedible. The manager was very nice and did not put up any argument when I requested a refund. We will see in 3-5 days if the refund actually happens.

So tired of online pricing being cheaper than what’s actually STOLEN by pizza places. Large three topping for 11.99 online but was charged 17.19. The medium cheese was 12.49. The last time I will ever go to Pizza Hut.

Order delivery. It was marked as delivered. Stumbled through their god awful customer service until I got in the car and drove to the location since they would not answer the phone. I arrived there to be told the system made a mistake and the driver showed up at my house. They made no attempt to rectify the issue since wasting my time.

My first time ordering from this pizza hut. I Ordered a thin crust pizza with Creamy Garlic Parmesan sauce however, when pizza arrived I noticed it was very dry and without any sauce. I called the store and spoke to Tristian, who reportedly is the manager, and he very rudely told me, “the sauce is white, you just can’t see it.” I then told him I was aware the sauce was white but I should be able to see and at least taste it, neither of which I was able to do. Tristian, again, very rudely offered to replace the pizza, stating “it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half, we are very busy…”Needless to say, I opted to have my card refunded. This pizza hut has very poor customer service, and has unfortunately lost my business.
